Any civilian govt in Pak has posed more problems for us compared to the Military backed govts. History suggests that whenever Bhuttos or Shariefs are in power, India has bled more.
There is a definite pattern to this theory. Pak is a failed state & hence, to fool their public under the guise of Kashmir issue, all civilian govts have stepped up the anti-India rhetoric and also the proxy-support to the Terror outfits through the rouge institution of ISI.
India can't do much since our own Indian nationals support such activities which will make very difficult to establish any credible evidence.
Only route is to introduce tougher laws like POTA which will deter these anti-national elements somewhat.

Wrong. Being a nutral mind set I feel BJP/VHP started the diferecnes between hindus & muslims. There was no need to demolish babri masjid before court decision. Its only after this the country people are diveded.

Are you 100% sure that there was no riots before Babri demolition and that Kashmir terrorism started after that?

good idea but need a bit modification... should be rounded up, packed to some place where arrangments should be such that they could not fight or kill each other..... then they will kill themselves (habitual killers)and problem solved ........
Well, most of us know that these are the people who incite violence, divide people based on caste, religion and start the violent process. They people have to be put under POTA like laws along with Islamist Jihadis to make this country a better place to live.
