The the true reason china has asked world's countries for satellite data for it's quake suffered sichuan province is that they want to relate/analyse with the data they obtained via their satellites to acertain whether there was the HAARP scalar-electro-magnetic-high-energy weapon's test from usa since HAARP is capable of forming tornadoes,hurricans,cyclones and even trigger earth-quakes at distances half way across the world and only by corrolating the various datas of the earth's remote sensing satellites they will be able to plan their future technological capabilities which will pose as a counter-threat to other nations who it thinks are manipulating their weather as well as geological fault's weak conditions....one of the reason why china has visited antartica around south american's southern tip is/was to establish the secret of the pre-second worldwar germany's alien-ufo base under the antarican icesheets where usa fought war with germans over there for which usa got all the necessary intelligence from british secret service/mi6.
