I wouldn't be surprised if, in the next ten months when Sonia is at the helm, another Minister murders somebody, and tell the Parliamentarians that he committed the murder to get benefits for the company owned by his sons, AND WHAT IS WRONG WITH MURDERING FOR GAIN? SONIA WILL ONLY GET STRONGER IN KEEPING A MAN LIKE THAT IN THE CABINET, AS ONE MORE CRIMINAL WITH HER MAKES HER MORE COMFORTABLE..
After sixty years of independence we have a very strong government with unrelenting ministers. First ever time, a minister accepts his corruption and says there is nothing wrong in it, and all his colleagues support him. All these years they were corrupt but not accepting, now our great TR Baalu has changed the trend. Who else can do such courageous act, other than a True Tamilian? After all, he got his letter forwarded by PMO, and PMO acts at behest of everybody, save of course, the Prime Minister. We need to know, if it is Prime Minister Office or Post Man Office! Opposition were shouting like fools, and the great Communists are watching elsewhere. We want to be in seats, at whatever may be the cost, That's Congress! Let all Tamilians take pride in their achievement.

Yes, one man should have one name so that there is no confusion. Let us continue to use the same word 'PUPPET'.. and be particular to attach all the problems like frauds on the constitution, support to Baalu's wrongdoing, support to attacks on Hinduism, etc. to Sonia and not to the Puppet, so that even when Sonia throws him out as a scapegoat, the puplic should feel that the real villain is Sonia and the scapegoad does not matter..(unlike the case of Iraq Oil for Food scandal, where only the scapegoad Natwar was punished, and the real culprit Sonia is walking free..)
Someone thrust upon Indian people without their wish. A shame on prime ministership. First one in the history of independent India who is Prime Minister without people's mandate. Why? because he does not have balls to fight lok sabha elections. Also, his lack of balls is seen in his non action on any issue. How long do we Indians have to put up with such a farce?

I am also from TamilNadu. What infra he has created - yes, may be for his son's companies...so far DMK has found time to distribute color TV's and offer free land only. The electricity situation in TN is worsening. Have some data before you post any comment here...

You are absolutely right. Forget about India, I doubt if he has done anything for TN too. He is like any hindi-belt corrupt minister. SS canal project is just to pursue their corrupt and anti-god, anti-nature agenda. And yeah he calls up his boss Karuna to inaugurate the same bridge twice, while bigger GoI projects in other states go on without fanfare. Even within the Chennai city all infrastructure projects are at the same level as what JJ left 3 years back!

T R Balu has two big bunglaws in centre of chennai city,a posh commercial area t nagar each next to next same identical painting,same design and same lawn with common passage to both bunglaws,apprantly for his two wifes family showing no indifference to both wifes.that is why for both wifes,he had given two gas compaines.no change in house,not even little design change, same type of gas business to both wifes.i could say balu is a good husband, good family man, live for his family not for him
