Why is the west bengal govt.embarressed by this act of the Governor. He has not said anything but acted in a very dignified manner. The West Bengal Govt. imposed power cuts on us in the 1970 onwards for 6-8 hours each day and we suffered . The sick suffered even more. Now that the Governor has imposed it on himself they are up in arms rather than welcome it and as message to all. Perhaps the CPM has forgotten the people who they made to suffer for years and are now concerned only about influential people. Well done Governor - you have led by example.Truth hurts !
