Properties of the rioters should be confiscated to the State Govt. as we are seeing that large numbers of public properties are being destroyed by these illegal activities. It is the only way, only way, to keep the law intact and give confidence to the people who are living in all parts of the country irrespective of states language and culture. We should try to keep NATIONALISM first of all and then only this type of language issue can come. First of all, WE ARE ALL INDIANS and we should not do anything which can be destroyed Indian Integrity particularly when our enemies are keeping a strict vigil on India. USA has already divided U.S.S.R. into pieces and they are now looking to India. If this type of activities are allow growing, people from other states will definitely help USA or any other foreign forces who will help them in their urgent situation. The people should understand the law of the land should prevail and no one is above law and even our Late India Gandhi got arrested and LK Advani got arrested and there was no violence as Indian People showed their respect to the Indian constitution. However, in Maharashtra, we do not understand why some people and administrators and political people are getting upset if somebody is trying to vitiate the atmosphere in the name of language and soil then, taking the law of their own hands?
It is a SHAME and it can happen only in India. The large number of foreigners who are seeing the pictures and living in that state is wondering, where India is going? Is it a democratic country? Why the rulers are afraid to take action against illegal activities of the leaders?
Enough is enough!!! We, Indian Patriotic Citizen, earnestly appeal to the India Govt. if they are interested to keep India as a United Country and if Indian Constitution is still valid and people are free to travel, work and settled in any parts of the country, please, REPEAT, please take action immediately to withhold the Indian Constitution and Indian Integrity before the things are going out of your control.? We demand that in addition to the India Govt., other constitutional authorities like Election Commission of India, High Courts and Supreme Court in case, if High Court is unable to take action against the perpetrators of these illegal actions and hatred among states. They should come forward earnestly and immediately take suo moto action against these parties or any outfit, organizations or individuals who are preaching regional/reglional intolerance. If need, put the effective state under President Rule and take all the rioters in custody, give maximum punishments and sent them to the jails of other States. What happened to the perpetrators of 1984 riots, Godhra Riots, what happened to the culprits who were wandering all over Mumbai, destructed public properties in Mumbai during 1970 period in the name of Sons of the Soil, what happened to the culprits of 1992 riots, what happened on the Sri Krishna Commission Report; what is happening to the growing missionaries activities in India, particularly north eastern states and the last but not least, what is happening in Mumbai now in the name of North Versus Maharashtra? The present day paralysis of Maharashtra politics are pointing fingers to the Indian National Congress who are ruling the State and Centre as everybody knows that they are the root cause and source for the present insurgency activities in the state as they are indirectly supporting this outfit knowingly that it is illegal and unconstitutional. By saying so, we cannot sit in idle and keeping silence for the ongoing illegal activities goings on in Maharashtra in the name of Chattarapati Shivaji Maharaj. He is one of the respectful patriotic citizens of India. One or two families in Maharashtra and putting entire Maharashtra into ransom and they are spitting extreme poison which is against the law of the land it should be nip in the bud or otherwise, I feel that this state will give reason for the death of Federal System of India and its democracy. But Governments of the day and the Indian Judiciary, Election Commission, Intellectuals and celebrities are keeping silence on this issue and are not doing their duty so as to safeguard the interest of Indian Constitution. It is shameful and most dangerous and if it continues, the days are numbered to start rebellion in all states and the days are numbered to finish our unity and integrity.

We are much disturbed about the growing religionist and regionalist chauvinism and terrorist activities in the name of God and Language spreading from one state to another in lightning speed. It is high time that our National political parties to sit together and sort out a firm stand against growing resentment and regional atrocities perpetrated on the people belonging to the other states. Indian Parliament should discuss and make necessary amendments in the Election Laws and prohibit all types of regional political outfits who are preaching for regional chauvinism and against Indian Constitution as already these types of activities has been mentioned as unconstitutional in the written books of our Constitution.
