Looking at the state of political affairs in India and the backstabbing, hypocritical, dumb-witted politicians, dictatorship sounds more enticing than this eye-wash democracy in our country. Congress is the worst. Still believing in Nehru dynasty. Nehru screwed Lord Mountbatten's wife, got screwed by JFK, and screwed all the people and the country itself while he was alive. Now his dynasty has taken the mantle.

This is the cry of every disgruntled politician who is thrown out of power-especially when the portfolio which he held happens to be a money making machinery.Now Akhilesh feels as fish out of water-getting distanced from a portfolio like steel,the life of all the realtors,construction companies who fed him continously all along.His resignation is only an act of desperation.Since he cannot express his grouse directly nor he can afford it even if he wishes so, at the Congress President or Prime Minister he is trying to find fault with the coterie of which surely,he would have formed as one before his being taken into the cabinet.Otherwise,where were the chances for a Rajya Sabha member like him,unless he happens to be an outstanding personality like Manmohanji,to be considered for a ministry in Central cabinet?There is no wonder,if tomorrow, more disgruntled politicians like Dasari Narayana Rao or Subba Ramai Reddy who too lost their berths come out with similar moves.These are the days where people enter into public for making money NOT to serve people and if they fail in their mission, such threats,blaming of others,resignations etc.. spate out.Seldom we find leaders taking things stoically-whether be in power or not;for them power is only an opportunity to serve people in a better and more effective way.India needs only such politicians- not like Akhil who prefer skipping of inconvenient but material questions like the above relating to his role in the portfolio he held.

If you encourage the "High Command" culture in a democracy, be prepared for the coterie around it. Not always can you curry good favors from the "High Command", and that's the weakness of a "democracy" based on individuals than the collective. Congress, sucks. Congress is known to ditch everyone, in the last minute. Jaffer Shariff's Grandson is not given ticket but Rahul Gandhi is directly made Congress General Secretary. They ditched Deve Gowda when it was fighting BJP in Karnataka.
