NEW DELHI MAY 7TH,2008. IT IS A PATHETIC CONDITION THAT EVERYONE KNOWS THE CASUALTIES AND PAINS OF THE VICTIMS,BUT WHO HAS COME FORWARD TO HELP THEM.NEITHER THE PRESENT GOVT NOR THE PAST HAVE DONE NOTHING EXCEPT FALSE PROMISES TO GATHER VOTES.vERY FEW ORGANISATIONS ARE STILL WORKING THAT TOO IN SMALL NUMBER.EVEN THE DOCTORS ARE UWILLING TO TREAT SOMETIMES,AS I HAD SEEN PERSONALLY FEW MONTHS BACK.IT IS GOD THE ALMIGHTY WHO CAN CURE THE PAINS OF THE SUFFERERS.THE GOVT AND THE ADMINISTRATION IS USELESS AND INCAPABLE TO HANDLE.AS THE TIME PASSES EVERYTHING WILL VANISH AND TWENTY YEARS FROM NOW NO ONEWILL BE ALIVE TO GET THE COMPENSATION EXCEPT THE GOONS AND THE MAFIA WHO IS STILL IN STRONG MAJORITY PRESEN IN BHOPAL.POLICE AND THE LOCAL ADMINISTRATION,POLITICIANS AND THE STATE GOVT BEUROCRATS ARE AWARE.IT IS A SHAME TO HAVE SUCH PEOPLE IN OUR COUNTRY.QUESTION IS WHO IS ANSWERABLE AND WHO SHOULD BE PUNISHED.AT THE END GOD WILL TAKE CARE OF THESE FILTHY PEOPLE. mY CONDOLANCE TO THOSE WHO HAS LEFT THIS WORLD AND HEARTFELT SYMPATHY TO THOSE WHO ARE FIGHTING FOR THEIR LIVES.I PRAY FOR THEM WITH HEART.
The media is interested only in sensational news! This is an old news and as such they are not interested in highlighting the plights and sufferings of the people. The comman man is not organised and as such cannot initiate any action with out the support of any political party. Unfortunately the politians have skwed priorities and are more interested in acting as moral police on some trivual matters! Such neglet would not have happened had it been in a western country.
At the time when the tragedy happened the media in the west covered it extensively,tracing up to and point and how the tragedy happened. How the water being used for cleaning got mixed int the chemical tanks et all. But the Indian media weather it covered any thing or not is not known. The worlds media only had responsibility to pass the news on it is up to Indian media to ask questions now and in the future until the case is resolved. The world is not interested in Indian affairs as much as India is interested in the worlds affairs. No one in the world will ask any questions unless India asks first to UNION CARBIDE yes then the AMERICAN media might follow up and the others might do a small reporting. But India has to Initiate the dialog
Where is Meneka Gandhi? Does she only come when some stray dog is killed? What about hundreds of innocent poor people dying because of this disaster. Media in India is a curse on us. An honest news update of 30 minutes is better than a 24 X 7 channel repeatedly showing same stupid stuff. In US news on Zee TV covers more of IPL than national issues. There was a time when they used to report and show about some rape incident in even remotest part of India. Almost daily. There is another article on rediff today regarding the food crisis and Media is ignoring that as well. The fools keep track of inflation figures on day to day basis as if it is going to go down in a day or two.Such a waste of time. Some bigger fools think India is prospering hence there is food crisis as if every Indian goes to bed with his stomach full. I donno how come there is no fatigue due to excess entertainment? People don't get tired entertaining themeselves round the clock. From IPL to movies to relaity shows and then voting for the participants in relaity show then talking on the cell phone round the clock or listening to music. Who has the time to think? The amount of money wasted on sms for reality shows can be given towards charity and it will make significant difference.
20 odd NEWS based channels in a sequence. But when IPL Cricket BALI or 'Hansoge to maroge et al' are being telecast simultaneosly on all channels.
