Who is to blame???...like Raj Thackeray mentioned, it is the corrupt "sons-of-the-soil" only who are selling their consciences to outsiders...
IK Gujral, after becoming the PM, spent thousand of millions of rupees for his own constituency, Jalandhar and he was widely praised for that deed. Was he Indian PM or a local Jalandhar PM? It is poignant to see that not even a single representative, whether MLA, MP, Minister or even the PM does not know their exact roles and responsibilities and what they know are doing favors, for which they are being praised, and corruption.

Atleasy I K Gujral did something for his constituency .. see what congress leaders are doing.
Gandhi family do so many things for Amethi and Rae Barelli but when ever Gandhi family goes back from constituency, these things are also taken back from people and these areas remain backward .. so shame on these people rather than I K Gujral.
Every MP & MLa does for his constituency first and than for other areas, you can see this from big display boards saying "This work has been done by MP/MLA from his constituency funds".
Both C's are dangerous for India. We should throw out both C's from india then only our country will be able to make progress. Congress is well know for their never beatable records in corruption. Throw congress out and see progress of india.
....what do you think has happened since the scam broke out....has jagat singh or whoever else been made to suffer or has this been water off the ducks back syndrome for the rich Natwar& family

What is new! Rich & Powerful always get away even if they are caught with their hands looting the public funds or their sons trample the poor to death with fancy BMWs.
