First of all I want to say that These spech are very harmful to our nation which was delivered by Raj.But did the North Indian Leaders think about it?Why does people migrant from these states?Our leaders are responsible for it and people also who elected these types of leader. Mr Lalu Prasad Yadav responsible for it.He elected three times.What did he give to Bihar. Poverty nothin else.

he gave some industries like railway wheel factory(announced 4 yrs back), power house for railways in bihar, now a coach factory has been announced to be set up in bihar. but like CHARA , he will devour all the money and bihar will be bihar again.

Wherever there is capital, labour will come. Mumbai is financial capital of South East Asia. Actually Mumbai must be delinked from Maharasthra. It should have separate governing body in itself. Regarding Raj-Our political system permits such nuisances.

Well said, this is actually the time to create Mumbai as a separate state/ union territory direct under the control of central gov/president. So that this marathi - Non marthi conflict comes to end and rest of maharashtra, specially east Maharashtra which is much backward than bihar or jharkhand also develops.

why mumbai ONLY, let other capital like say patna should also come under the control of central GOVT.U people hv no right to talk about 'mumbai' , first look at ur own state, we r not catching the trains to goto Patna & begging there. Beggers are not choosers.

Its really bad that the Commercial activity has been created around Bombay (Iam deliberately avoiding the name Mumbai because it is a term generated from Sena's mindset). Most of the land in india is controlled by the khhatriya community and they are the landlords. Ambedkar knew poor people will be be harrased by landlords in their villages. secondly out of their villagers people do any kind of work to earn livelyhood. while living in their villages people avoid doing a low profile job or ashamed to do a low profile job. So ambedkar knew this that mostly poor and backward people will go outside their villages to find a job. But the fact is that These thakurs, Thakreys, Marathas, Patils, patels are kshatriyas who have always troubled people. It was a Conglomeration of 7 islands and where pirates frm Malabar too used to dwell and rob the Portuguese Ships. Each society has their own Guideline book so they dont allow the kids from outside to come within their society But in this case all the societies are bound by One guideline book the "Indian Constitution" He should also remember that every society has got a maintainence fee which the residents pay and that is why they Dont allow other kids to come within Compund wall But when that resident is incapable of paying the society maintainence charge then he sells of that House to a person who has the capability to maintain the maintainence Cost.
