This sudden change of mind shown by the current Manhmohan Singh Govt is to fool us Indians to think that it have a kind of spine, that it doesn't possess, to stand against the wishes of his American master just to get some votes.
India has very little natural energy resources compared to its growth & demand. That is why India's need for power generation from nuclear energy is justified.
But Iran has sufficient natural energy resources & gas reserves. For Iran, Generating power from nuclear energy is much much costlier compared to generation of power from natural resources.
But still Iran is hell bent to develop nuclear plant, why? Another thing is that Iran acquired the nuclear technology secretly from Pakistan illegally & immorally. It proves, intention of Iran is very dangerous & this country is developing nuclear weapons.
Geographically, India is closely located to Iran than America. That is why India is more threatend from Iran.
The most important thing is Iran is an Islamic country & does not believe in secularism. Also Iran is a member of Organisation of Islamic Countries and will definitely support muslims countries like Pakistan ,Bangladesh against India. So India has serious ideological difference with Iran.
This is why India should believe secular America, than Islamic Iran.

first of all for your info, iran is a democratic country, Ahmadjnad is a democratically elected leader, secondaly why cant iran develop nuclear weapon..why his intentions are questionable.when israel developed it obody questioned it, when pakistan developed it nobody questioned it....my friend..start seeing the world from ur own eyes & standard not from the western perspective and their perspectives...only reason USA is hell bent in destroying iran is bcuz they are now starting to sell oil not in dollars but euros..this is why usa is so worried not bcuz they r the guardians of the world..

You know how the whole Lebanon was destroyed by Israel, If Israel can do that... do you think Islamic nations will be quite..?? What do you expect?? Dear ON One think I know Iran can never be friend with India when it will come to war with Pakistan, cause they are all muslims.So dear Friend friend there are many other sources for buying petrol.....not only muslim world............stop bashing hindus in this forum ................1 thing for sure only Muslims support IRAN we don't even give damn about that rogue country where thieves are killed openly by stone by intellectual Islamic law.........

Let me be very honest in saying that our great country doesnt have good relationship with any of our neighbours except bhutan.Be it china,Nepal,Srilanka,Pakistan,Afghanistan,Burma or Bangladesh.Y?????????? May be cuz of Brahamanic Superiority complex of Indian rulers.Cuz most of the indian rulers after 1947 were brahmins and Thakurs.Manuvadi mentallity of indians and India is dangerous for the whole of humanity.It must be stopped and I m sure we will then have good relationship with our neighbours rather then worshipping "Mighty Power".

there are some ignorant Hindus who have done bad things and some muslims have done bad things. Dont lose faith in your hindu brothers just because you read some bad comments by some fool on the internet. Some ppl abuse internet. You are a patient man who does not abuse other religions and we appreciate that. India has survived so long because majority consider other religions as free to exist and respect it. Muslims are as much a dear part of India as hindus sikhs or christians. They are our brothers and will remain so. In the name of One God, lets remember our humanity and not paint everybody with the same brush. Kind ppl should remain together irrespective of religion and stop haters from changing them. India needs to improve its human rights for minorities and bring riot killers to jail soon.

It is the sole reminder of Iran's Aryan past everything else has been erased. For Iran to be truly regarded as a friend of India, it should return to secularism and allow Parsis, Ahmediyyas, Hindus and Bahais to freely practice their faith in IRAN without any persecution.

This allows India to be the backoffice of Middle-East and also be future pipeline from more energy nations such as Jordan, Iraq, Oman, Yemen, etc. This success opens for an Energy pipeline from Africa.
Gazprom seeks to build an undersea pipeline to pump gas from Iran to India, using the experience gained from its massive Blue Stream project across the Black Sea.
Gazprom has approached Pakistan about the plan because the pipeline could pass through its waters. Pakistan's Ministry of Oil and Natural Resources has asked the government to allow Gazprom to start preparations. Gazprom believes it can cut the cost of the Iranian project to $3.2 billion as a result of its work on the Black Sea pipeline.
The key is to try to avoid Pakistani territorial waters and exceed the 12 Nautical Mile limit by 10 miles so that Indian Navy Patrol boats and cruisers can also secure the pipeline.
