Being an Indian, I am lementing the way in which our judiciary is funcioning, but our neighbour is still ahead of tornishing the judiciary. Is is felt that this is becoming an endemic. Judiciary is a puppetry to the politicians of all countryies, it sesms.
WHILE I HAVE NO BUSINESS IN MAKING AN OBSERVATION in the affairs of our neighbouring Nation, yet I am personally pained the manner in which the judiciary was treated.
I am sure that the Govt will take sound suitable steps to restore the wrongs done. Thanks
Sincerely

Also what about the way Rajan Pillai was deliberately murdered by ignoring his medical condition ?
The point is Zardari is given pardon with the presidential order/decree as same as the judges removed vide another presidential order/decree. If one can be overuled/changed the other too can also be. So why unnecessarily Zardari will land in trouble because of this. The day Judges are restored, Musharraf who has all kind of powers still vested in him, will issue another decree to take hold of Zardari... So government will go and Musharraf will be back... Back to square one.... Zardari will not let Sharief succeed in this...
Fixer will always remain a fixer, a dealer and nothing more. I think he fears the comeback of Army if the Judges are reseated.Pakistan is a tragic case of 50 year Army supression. The British are responsible for making them slaves for ever to the army dictats.
