no saugata, christians are not kafirs for muslims, infact quran is 70% copy of Bible, 20% copied from religios and scientic ancient books of ancient Greek civilizayion and 10% imagination of Muhammed, nicely framead as final word of God. You r rightly said kafir means Non-Beliver one who does not belive in Islam.Whether he is Hind Christian Buddhist or any other than Islam is a Kafir simply Non-Beliver.
