There was a news that Rahul failed to strike a chord in the educated minds in Bangalore city. I find this slideshow removed by rediff from 'headlines'. Duh!
Well the news item says IT Professionals were least interested in Rahul urging them to 'join the party' rather than giving his vision for youth.
Now in the first place I consider someone a fool if he/she were to expect words of wisdom from any member of the 'Nehru-Gandhi' icons.
They are there for just the icon value only. They will influence huge swaths of illiterate people in the rural areas - people who are made to believe we are still in the era of Kings and here is the prince - gori, blue eyed.
Congress is a disgrace not just to India, but to the entire of democracy.

Arayan's message reminds of Advani's utterance during 2004 Lok Sabha elections. He announced that he "feared" Congress was going to be reduced to double digits and disintegrate after the elections. These Sanghis have been speaking like this for decades.
The Congress party and the Gandhi family are enemies of Hindus. Remember that episode when the government went out of its way to claim that Ram never existed. Now before any of the pseudo-secularists want to argue, let me tell that Ram's existence or non-existence is not the point here. No truly secular Government will make judgments on the religious beliefs of its citizens. So, rationalists, please shut up. Coming back to the point, the denial of Ram's existence is part of the wider strategy of the congress to separate India from its Hindu roots. That is also the reason why Islamic terrorists were never seriously pursued by any of the Congress governments. Especially in AP, Rajsekhar Reddy intentionally adopted a soft approach to Muslim terrorists. Apart from appeasing Muslim terrorists, since Sonia is a Christian she tacitly encouraged conversion efforts by Christian missionaries. This is also true in AP since Rajsekhar Reddy is also a Christian. These missionaries were even encouraged to convert Hindus in Tirumala, which is a place revered by all Hindus in India, and especially by South Indian Hindus. All this point to only one thing. The Congress party and the Gandhi family are great enemies of Hinduism and are trying to surreptitiously destroy Hindu faith.

Think a while why these fundamentalists creating so much disturbance in the society becoz their own benefit only. The ultimate suffer is the general public. Take the case of Mumbai Shivsena first target south Indians to gain political milege. Then they target Muslims and gain political milege Then they target north indians to gain political milege. Similarly these muslim fundamentalists are spreading poision. The ultimate sufferers are Indians

What a great irony Dear Rahul? This is like a dictator complaining about lack of democracy! It is YOUR family which has monopolized the top post in the Congress party for decades. It is YOUR family that turned a great party (at the time of independence) to a party of sycophants. It is YOUR grandmother who was arrogant enough to think that India was her private property and hence the reason for imposing Emergency. It is YOUR party workers that killed thousands of Sikhs in 1984 because YOUR grandmother was assassinated by Sikh body guards. And YOUR own father DID NOTHING when Sikhs were being killed. So your party needs to stop finger pointing at Modi and look at what is wrong with itself. Anyway, your party revolves around YOUR family.

I see no reason to choose Gandhi family over Advani. At least Advani's genes are 100 % Indian. In fact, prime ministers like Vajpayee and P V Narasimha Rao, were much better than the Prime ministers from Gandhi family. Because congress revolves around Gandhi family, people PV who were much better and more talented are intentionally relegated to the background.
By the way, tt is debatable whether people were voting for the party (Congress) or the Gandhi family. Destroying a once great party is something which the Gandhi family has successfully accomplished.

At least they are in possession of their minds which we cannot say othe same of Advani (senile). Nehru-Gandhi family name finds a resonance length & breadth of the country not like Modi (confined to Gujuland). Nehru-Gandhis are unifiers - they are a close knit family, party. Modi is the great divider. His wife left him, his family disowns him, he splits Gujurat into two, he splits the State BJP into two and panicks the national BJP in hastily projecting a senile Advani instead of facing a national divide. The NDA endorses senile Advani to prevent virtual disintegration if Modi is projected by the BJP as a PM candidate
