Is there any reservation or priority given in your "understanding programme". Please make sure that you "understand" the "minorities" whose population has been 10 fold since the independence. Rahul can not understand indian poor people but can understand italian people and colombian people better becouse both the countries are associated with drug maffias. during 2006,rahul travelled with his colombian girl friend velancia in rajasthan and in a farmers rally,he told in public that he would suggest to finance minister to grant subsidy for cultivation of poppy seeds (for opium production)as it fetches good price internationaly (colombian girl friend was around with him).so you judge his knowledge as to how subsidies are granted by finance ministry without the approvel of agriculture ministry.
