Post Nandigram and surrender to Islamists on Taslima issue, CPIM has no future in India: Lord Meghnad Desai in the Indian Express.

Post Nandigram and surrender to Islamists on Taslima issue, CPIM has no future in India: Lord Meghnad Desai in the Indian Express.

CPIM has dug its own grave by surrendering to jehadis on Taslima issue. Her book was upheld by Calcutta Supreme Court. CPIM did not approach the Supreme Court.

When Jehadis unleashed worst riot in Calcutta in 2008 after great Calcutta Massacre of 1946, CPIM panicked, sent her to Rajasthan, and later out of country.

ARE MUSLIMS ABOVE INDIAN COURTS?

Make no mistake, if anything, this has proved correct what BJP has been saying about CPIM all along- its double stanadard on naked paintings in Baroda, MF Hussian, Rama, Ayodhya.

India will never accept this capitulation to jehadis for votebank. Its even more evident when a person of the stature of Lord Meghnad Desai articulated that in the pages of the Indian Express/

Bengal heading for unsustainable debt situation: CAG
28 Mar, 2008, 1005 hrs IST, PTI

KOLKATA: West Bengal is heading for an unsustainable debt situation in the medium to long run unless suitable measures are taken, the Comptroller and Auditor General has said.

"Increasing fiscal liabilities accompanied with negligible rate of return on government investments and inadequate cost recovery on loans and advances might lead to unsustainable debt situation in medium to long run," the CAG said in its audit report.

To prevent such a situation, the state should take suitable measures to compress non-plan revenue expenditure and to mobilise additional resources both through tax and non-tax sources in the ensuing years, the CAG said.

It noted that the expenditure pattern of the state reveals that the revenue expenditure as a percentage to total expenditure hovered around 90 per cent during the period 2002-07 leaving inadequate resources for expansion of services and creation of assets.

As a result of such expenditure pattern over these years, only 32 per cent of fiscal liabilities of the state has asset backup during 2006-07.

Moreover, within the revenue expenditure, four components -- salary expenditure, pension liabilities, interest payments and subsidies -- constitute a

Jyoti Basu destroyed the state of West Bengal
by Tathagata Mukherjee on Mar 30, 2008 09:14 AM  Permalink

Its now home to most people, even more than Orissa, who go to bed hungry most number of days in a year.

Jyoti Basu systemetically destroyed industry. Crippled schools, college, universities.

Calcutta University VC was not allowed to visit his office inside university campus for 4 years- because he was not follower of marxist ideology.

Deliberately, demography is allowed to change by muslim infiltration. While CPIM kept total mum on decimation of bengali hindus acoss border in bangladesh.

Taken together, Jyoti Basu is architect of doomed west bengal, which is beyond any repair.

What's CPIM;s stand on Coimbatore blast that killed 60 people?
by Tathagata Mukherjee on Mar 30, 2008 09:09 AM  Permalink

It was an act of terror that killed 60 people.

Has CPIM ever condemned it? Or passed a resolution in the State Assembly to release a terrorist- something unprecendeted. EVEN PAKISTAN HAS NOT DONE SO.

Its this blatant pampering of jehadis which is creating massive social division, and soon CPIM will reap its ugly fruit.

Christians & muslims are terrorists
by Ruania Ouani on Mar 30, 2008 02:26 AM  Permalink

Atleast 95% of christians and muslims believe in killing or murdering
humans, and killing animals, as sacrifices, to please their gods.
Atleast 95% of jews believe in killing animals to please their
god.
And none of them believe in offering vegetarian things to their gods.

Where as only 5% of hindus and buddhists believe in killing animals
as sacrifices to please their gods. Most of them believe in offering
vegetarian things only to their gods.

In the last 300 years alone western-white-christians have killed
or murdered atleast 200 million people, and muslims atleast 30
million.

Ever since 1945, when western-white-christians developed the nuclear bombs,
their goal has been to kill every body except themselves, because they still
consider themselves as superior to every body else, and also consider
themselves as deserving of occupying the whole earth for themselves
only.
