Better to die with hunger & poverty but not work and earn money under a capitalist system.
Choice is yours.

If they die, nobody cares.

The problem is, they are changing demography, allowing 10s of millions of muslims from bangladesh, which sooner or later is going to create same problem which created pakistan.

What does Tathagata Mukherji guy has against the Leftists?
by sumit verma on Mar 30, 2008 02:20 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Looks like this guy Tatha.....has something strangely against the leftists. There seem to be no end to his criticism. If Bengal is falling behind other states it is your fault.. look at Kerala, the same leftists have made it to the top of all human development indicators and are pursuing appropriate policies for development.. Had it not been for leftists, Kerala wouldnt have achieved what it has today!

Yeah! He is a Mukherjee. Perhaps he was looking for a plum job that he did not get. Unusual for a Bong to criticize his/her home state.

You must be kidding. Kerala is completely destroyed by these cronies. Tell me one industry flourishing in Kerals ? People have to leave the state to find jobs. Multi million coir industry is dead and buried. Tell me one working industry in Kerala. As soon as some one put their life savings into a business these lefties will come with their flags and unions. Please don't talk about things you have no idea.....

A name change is required.

Yes. Thanks to internet, we are able to expose the ideology of opportunism.
During my student days, a comrade by lineage who happened to be my classmate used to lecture me about intellectual richness of 'Das Kapital'. Most of us, coming from rural background invariably found him 'SMARTER than all atleast in talking'. That was the era of Anti-fascist conferences organised by CPI in support of loosing Indira Gandhi.

Adi Sankara, Swami Vivekanand will ultimately prevail in Kerala, West bengal.

Materialism's dark cloud is getting removed. Before turn of another decade, CPIM will be history.

Surprisingly the outspoken leftists keep away from such boards?
Normally at tea stalls they are found lecturing illiterate masses in a loud voice in English about imperialism, majority (read Hindu) communalism, facsism, revisionism, etc., etc.,.

I have many close friends, relatives who are card carrying CPIM member.

In private conservation, they agree MODI AND BJP MEDICINE TO GROWING JEHADISM IN INDIA.

CPI/M is facing unpredented crisis today- never before in its history

CPI/M is facing unpredented crisis today- never before in its history

CPI and CPIM's very survival is at stake today.

30 year rule of CPIM has put the state at the bottom of social, developmental index.

Today, the RBI Governor has stated that WB's monetary policy is unsustainable in the mdeium to long run.

CPI/M courted Islamists, jehadis who are getting radicalised to a level never seen before in history.

Hindu rightwing has broken into mainstream and grown solidly- something unprecedented in Indian history. And its going to rise even further in near to long term.

USSR is long gone. China is not following Communism either.

Take together, CPI/M is on the verge of collapse today- never faced so much crisis in its history.

CPI changed stand on WWII four times
by Tathagata Mukherjee on Mar 30, 2008 01:06 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

CPI changed stand 4 times on WWII.

Not based on what was in India's interest- but based on what was in the interest of Soviet Union.

If this is not anti-nationalism, then what could be termed as anti-nationalism?

CPI voted to keep whole of West Bengal into Pakistan
by Tathagata Mukherjee on Mar 30, 2008 12:03 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Imagine what would have happened to Calcutta and West Bengal.

CPI had two members in Bengal assembly- Jyoti Basu and Ratanlal Brahmachari. THEY VOTED ALONG WITH MUSLIM LEAGUE TO KEEP PRESENT DAY WEST BENGAL INTO ISLAMIC EASTERN PAKISTAN.

Thanks to SP Mukherjee the state of West Bengal was created by partitioning Bengal.

The (undivided) Bengal Assembly took a vote on whether to partition Bengal in early 1947.

Go and figure out who voted for whom in that.

Most interestingly, its CPI and Muslim league who wanted to separate eastern bengal into Pakistan a year back.

And it was SP Mukherjee who was opposing partition of Bengal.

But the world saw the butchery of Muslim League when they unleashed Great Calcutta Massacre in 1946.

In any case, it shows how CPI changed its tune with Muslim League.
