These spies have organized mandate, they work like soldiers, are well-trained. If these spies grow in number in a civilized nation, it'll be another worst happening for this country. Let us not forget how their masters rule, say Tiananmen Square, Tibet, look at the action of the spies at Nandigram, Singur, Taslima issue etc, the whole state of WB suffer from power cut (think if at all they come to power at the center, can you rule out the possibility of powercut countrywide?). Also let us not forget the stand of Karat and Yechuri on behalf of their masters in Nuclear issue. The states they rule are practically begging states. Compare Kolkata with Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Pune etc leave alone Delhi or Mumbai. Let us not forget the contribution of militant CITU unionism in our industries. If you accept them, start learning the Chinese language as that'll be language of this nation if they can manage to come (of course by scientific rigging) .

Net result is, those financial institutions, insurance (where historically computerization first takes place for number crunching) moved to Mumbai.
I heard from my boss who used to work in a major multinational computer firm in 1960s that they had to call for POLICE PROTECTION if they had to deliver, install a comuputer in a insurance business then.

No one has ever accused the Left Parties of being quick to modernize. That is part of the reason for their modern day decline. While the Nations (USSR and China) that these Parties still rely on for inspiration have gone through drastic reformation the local afficionados of Left thought seem to be caught in a time warp. It is a situation akin to that of adults who think that they have no more to learn and merely relying on the experiences of living will suffice for running the Government and for Politics.
