One thing is never explained by Left parties as to why they run away from taking responsibility of governing the country by being part of the central govt. whenever people give them opportunity. Even during Janata Party days they always took the stand of supporting govt. from outside. Can somebody explain their logic
The need of the hour is an alternative without the left parties. We need to keep foreign agents out of power in the future if we want to see our country progress and become a world power.
I think Left should leave(LEFT) the Commounist Ideas, they have ruled West Bengal for so long what have they done for the state, they are one of the main obstacle in the India's growth. They donot have any ideology, except to oppose the Government, wether it is Congress or BJP or even if the 3rd Front comes.

The only problem is Congress at West Bengal is a non-existent party with no leaders and Trinamool Congress and BJP are parties which come out of hibernation only during elections. Where is the alternative? Whom do people vote for if they want a change?
The Leftists have played second fiddle to Muslim Communalists, weakened the Hindu Nationalistic resolve and aided the Jiahdis by expelling Taslima.

Though i am very uncomfortable with you saying stupid bongs being a Bengali but i have to admit and its very true that if the Bengalis in West Bengal were not visionless, lazy , choas loving and arrogant and on the other hand the disgraceful Marwaris were not there taking the advantage of the situation in West Bengal , then the commie rule would not have lasted long. West Bengal would have been as one of those on top in India.
