I fail to understand the meaning of breach of previlieges.Even in courts we folow the same code of conduct.Why should we give so much respect to these corrupt people?
It is one more acheivement of useless politicians in India. Now they can send some in to jail.. They are everything. king, killer, rular, raper, rioter and now judiaciary..
I think there should be immunity to poll chiefs. There actions can be open to judicial scrutiny, but not by these self centered politicians. Rediff, TV channels like ND TV must start a campaign for this. We all very well know the credibility of our assemblies and parliament.
