This is smilar to Mushraff's vendetta against Chief Justice Ifthikar Chaudhary for not toeing his line and posing a threat to the legality of his position.
it is the brute majority in the asswmbly or the parliament that couts. also the winning eqation among the commumities and the parties that derives benefit from it that counts and nothing else. the case will be forgotten in few weeks.
That is what MLAs (Members of Lunatic Assylum) can & will do, if anyone talks of rules. EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THAT RULES ARE FOR FOOLS ONLY IN INDIA. SO DONT TALK RULES & PROCEDURES AND ALL THAT CRAP. NOW GOVT OF AP HAS NAMED 10 IAS OFFICERS OF CORRUPTION. CORRUPTION IS VIOLATING ANY LAID DOWN RULES, BE IT FOR MONEY OR ANY OTHER FAVOUR. WHY IAS OFFICIALS OR GOVT OFFICIALS WOULD NOT GO AGAINST RULES? ITS SAFER TO GO AGAINST RULES THAN FOOLS (MLAs) THIS IS INDIA AND BE INDIAN WHILE IN INDIA. BY THE WAY, INDIA IS THE 74TH MOST CORRUPT COUNTRY IN THE WORLD. MAY BE INDIAN GOVT HAS CORRUPTED THE RATING AGENCY TO GET THAT POSITION. OR ELSE WE SHOULD HAVE TOPPED THE LIST BEING THE MOST CORRUPT NATION. CORRUPT IN ALL SENSES.
Congress is a sinking boat. The sonner it completely sinks the better for the country. In a desperate move to cling to power after the parliamentary elections next year it has started doing its advance work. The government-controlled DD is giving undue coverage to a general secretary to its party, called Rahul Gandhi. Why doesn't DD give the same coverage to so many other general secretaries of so may other parties? The recent action against the CEC OF Maharasthra is just an attempt by the Congress to coerce the honest officials of the country to toe its line.

There must be proper rules regulations, appeal mechanism to sort out this issue. The civil servant should behave and listen to the legislature.if theres anything wrong he can appeal.Congress is a better choice then all the trash that exist as its alternative.BJP has no place in Maharashtra,Shiv Sena is a Paper tiger,so called third front which is trying to gain foot in Maharashtra is cheap,nepotism-filled,corrupt grouping. Rahul will prove a better PM than all the guys/Gals dreaming to become one ex.Mayawati,Lalu,Mulayam,Jyoti etc etc.... BJP has lost the chance to rule the country.
As per Chief Justice of Bombay High Court statements (yesterday's on IAS officials Malabar Hill residence case) said that the Maharashtra Government itself is law breaker, then how come these law breakers can punish to one of the most honest civil servants for doing his duty? Where and what Election Commissioner is doing?

He is onoe of the most arrogant civil servant who did not care to reply nor appear before the committee. He deserved the sentence. He should have been given more punishment and warning for his inappropriate behaviour. This sentence will send a signal to other arrogant servants to behave in an Officer like manner.
nandlal is most upright officer. he has been pain in the neck for government and corrupt politicians. he earned displeasure of CM in CIDCO scandel. if legislature has to deliver justice to the highest office berer of democracy in the state, why do we need judiciary at all. election commission is no ordinary person. he is a constitutional authority. it is a shame. i am sure, nandlal will not resist his custody. people must do the needful in this respect.
