Just to make one constitutional ammendement, its take 46 political parties to say a "yes or "no". Its time, India needs to change from the top to the bottom of the the way, politics is handled. There should be a representative from each state, which should be a part, who decides the future course ie: Internal & External Security of the country including the advancement of defence programme and upgradation. This group should not be a part of any political group or party, and should not be related to any kind of politics. There should be a governing body, who oversees the the number of political parties and the consititution should be amended to limit the number of parties to 3, who can go to election, that would solve the chaos, and the citizens get a clear picture,whom to vote for. Need to grant more aid, not in money, but in facilities, by removing redtapesim, from the ministry, and boost local industries rather than inviting MNCs in categories like retail and food chain. These two areas should be protected by the govt, to boost local food industry.Should initiate, and try connecting and educating people about cleanliness, health, keeping thier own streets clean, by making local bodies, where people are a part rather than give them a feeling , there is someone else to do the cleaning. Give those local bodies, reward for being the best. This would boost a sense of being clean and green. Doing just this would solve a lot of problems india is facing. Good luck..!!
Ladakh should be an Union Teritory so that Central Govt can implement many projects of development without dependence of sanctioning of the same from Shrinagar. Ladakh is the key area from where we can stop or disturb Pak-China connection. We should not underestimate ourselves before China. We should do Tit for Tat with China and Pakistan at borders. Thus we can defeat Terrorism. Also most important is that everyone should be comitted to save environment of Ladhakh-the special Himalayan Region.
