Hi Chetan.......I donot agree with you because there is no rule that one religion or one community makes peace....look at Pakistan Main religion is Muslims.Still they devide themself with sunni and shia ..then according to area...Muslims from Panjab feel superior then rest of the places of Pakistan.so i feel it does not depend how many religion or communities we have.We need to educate people from their childhood.to have respect for other religion too...We Should be proud for ourself that we will in a country with such a diversification with many religions...communities...castes...still we will in peace comparing to other countries..

India's double standards
by ketan dand on Mar 25, 2008 12:25 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

India's heart bleeds only for Palestinians. Thats why we rebuke the Israelis, which, incidentally was the only country to come to our assistance during the Kargil conflict by supplying us arms and ammo esp for the Bofors guns which proved a killer asset for the Indians eventually. But for Malaysian Indians, for Aung Sung Su Kyi, for the repressed brothers in Tibet, ethnic minorities in Pakistan and Bangladesh India feels nothing. Those according to India are "their internal matters" but not Palestine. Maybe there is a pattern to India's contradictory behaviour. Can you identify it?

Tibet and Maharashtra
by RAJESH GODIYA on Mar 25, 2008 12:17 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Now the era of freedom has started, the Tibetians are protesting and fighting for Freedom whereas, in India, Raj is trying to cut-off Maharashtra from India. As per my view, the Tibetians should quote their demand to China, and in return China should take it positively and fullfil their demands considering the development of China. The Tibetians should calmly protest and not by killing any one. The Mahatma Gandhi paths are be followed if they want. Tibetians have killed one Cop who was working for the Police Force, after the cop died there will be sadness climate and trauma in his family. Plz don't kill each other we all are one despite borders.

Nothing happens by following Ahimsa. History reveals that freedom is acquired only by battles. Though battles and wars are not justified they are inevitable.
