When did Rediff turned itself to be ''Election Platform''?
by prakash haranahalli on Mar 26, 2008 09:54 AM  Permalink

Hi, I dont understand, why Rediff is turned itself as a platform for election speaches? I think, Rahul's visit to Karnataka is same as the one did by his Grandmother (Mrs. Indira Gandhi).

She also visited Karnataka after the emergencies. Pampered the people with her promises and filed nomination from Chikmagalur, Won the election after being elected by foolish people there who never understood her intensions. And still today, they are waiting for the RAILWAYS to extend to chikmagalur. How many years passed??????? Please count.

Same thing again???? such a wonderful tactics. But, I hope this time people of Karnataka will surely measure it carefully.

Do Rahul Bhajan and Earn Money
by Raghavendra Prasad on Mar 25, 2008 10:37 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Seems like Vicky Nanjappa is doing Rahul's Bhajan and getting huge sums from Congress for doing that. Everyone knows, Rahul and Sonia couldn't win a single seat with in UP elections or Gujarat. In fact, Congress lost some of the seats where Sonia and/or Rahul campaigned.

Why pick out Rahul? Modi, Advani - almost the full BJP's first line campaigned in UP and came a cropper? Maya was too good for all of them. Karnataka is different.
