What happend to Jayalalitha case
by Hari on Mar 24, 2008 03:35 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Will Jayalalitha, the doyen of politics and the most corrupted politician (based on the number of charges) get some sentences like this. Or people have stopped using justice system?? If she is guity, she deserves the same treatment for looting a lot of money from poor people.

She has looted tremendously and there are a lot of cases pending against her.

hey Hari

The justice is given basis on the evidence not by the number of cases registered against any persons.

R K Sharma conviction-chrechez la famme
by Peaceful Ocean on Mar 24, 2008 03:35 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

What is apparent from the facts of the case as reported, Mr. Sharma was a fairly competent officer. As a powerful and handsome person he had his own oppertunities for dalliance. The lady in question stepped into relationship with her eyes open and started exploiting the situation by possible blackmailing of the poor guy. He got scared of possible adverse effect on his social / professional standing (specially in our middle class Indian morality context) and used his contacts to eliminate her. In this drama no body is pure black or pure white, and we can only sympathise with their dilema or predicament, which led to this tragedy. Stigmatise someone who is caught having some human weakness is typical reaction as evident is lots of postings here.At the end a murder happened, a fair judgement pronounced. Now can anyone throw the stone to the victims after looking deep into their own heart.

Left will be left-over in India very soon. come next election, they will be wiped off along with their supporters and with those who are hanging to the power with their support and those too who are seeking their support to make a third(class) front.

Good Though
by Tarun Chaturvedi on Mar 24, 2008 03:28 PM  Permalink

If this sentence is kept by higher court then it should be good .. He will live his life in Jail which is better than killing him. let him feel of what he did. Killing is easy. But yes .. a message should be spread in the country by hanging him...

Shivani was equally guilty
by on Mar 24, 2008 03:14 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Shivani paid a heavy price for betrayal and for getting involved with a wrong man.
Now, Sharma will get his punishment by spending the rest of his life in Jail.

RKS should have been hanged!!! I wud say he got away lightly. AN IPS using contact killers is inexcusable.
As for the cotract guys, they shud be et away lightly as they were doing their job given by the law enforcer!!!
As for Shivani, not much sympathies as her I am not too convinced about her kind of journalism.
