Everything comes from the fear of jail.
by Sahadevan KK on Mar 21, 2008 04:58 PM  Permalink

Everything comes from the fear of jail.

Babri Masjid and AKG Bhawan are the same symbols.

One shows the symbol of peace and humanity.
Another shows the sweat and blood of the poor.

No way Advani is willing the Lok Sabha election
by Kes Som on Mar 21, 2008 04:53 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Chances of Advani winning the next Lok Sabha election (especially if he stands from Gandhinagar) are close to ZERO.

Any suggestions of a 'safe' constituency from where he can win?

After Jaswant Singh written his book, 'A Call To Honour' he brought a spy. || After L.K. Advani written his book, 'My Country My Life' he became a spy.

Lalkrishna Advaniji
by on Mar 21, 2008 04:47 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Advaniji is a much misundertsood political leading light.Very patriotic and secular, but misundertsood for a hardliner!!India will further become stronger in the comity of nations if he assumes the mantle of leadership of the country.Muslim community of the country should have faith and not unnecessarily suspect his intention.I am of the opinion he may be even better than Vajpayeeji in this respect, but misundertsood because of the false propaganda of congressmen and communists.

A retrospective rationalization
by Astute Analyst on Mar 21, 2008 04:43 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Without a mass mobilization through emotive issues, no political party has been able to grow in India. However, the emotive agenda adopted during the growth of the party organization sets the potential limit to the growth of the party. Advani was the emotive mass mobilizer of the party while Vajpayee played the role of consensus builder. Advani realised that he had to moderate his image if he was to emerge as the prime-ministerial candidate. The contextual justification offered by him looks like an ex-post rationalization. It is difficult to buy that an astute politician like Advani would naively expect his comments on Jinnah in Pakistan visit going unnoticed in India. Such retrospective rationalization is inevitable in political memoirs. That's why Churchill's memoirs are considered as a source for the history of the second world war and not a balanced history of the era. Similarly, Advani's autobiography will be a valuable source for the historians dealing with India of late 1980s & 1990s.

ADVANI
by adi thakr on Mar 21, 2008 04:37 PM  Permalink

Mr. l.K.Advani is trying to present and predict himself by this book. But he is a all time full fool of Indian politics and book's concern is only to show his face to literate middle class, but best of him is yet to be understood. Let us see his future. But one thing is clear that the future of book is bright.

He is hated by anti national forces , he is shunned by pseudo seculars/ he was also named a pakistani as he was born there, but we forget pakistan was born in india and the birth was given by the congress and the gandhi pariwar
