Even Centre has helped to solve Maharashtra Karnataka border issue. Karnataka has undemocratically retaiined marathi speaking border area for last 45 years.

My dear friend, Read History properly, If you really know kannadigs where right up to kolhapur, and the rastrakutas, Kadambas of kannada origin, ruled cuurent state of mahrastra. I dont understand you guys ,really You people will break up the country and we will be ruled by pakistan or china. Try to understand history why you guys lost to Abdali, who had half the troops and his guns were much smaller then yours, bcos you people of your stupid arrogrance allienated other state people and lost. And as of Karnatak border, we kannadiga' do not brag, but if if it comes to fight we are really too big trouble too handle. Britishers , Nizam and Marathas realised this against Tippoo, and Bhamanis sultan when they moved against Vijayanagara empire. Krishnadeva raya is the only king who had said to Islamic ruler come kiss my foot, and lived to brag about it and he faught them on the plains not battled by hiding in Mountains. In fact he butcherd them thungabhadra had turned red in colour. And clearly note this the Bhamanis were so strong that even Mughals were not able to defeat them. And when Aurangzebfinally won the deccan from the sultans , his treasury was compleately empty. This allowed the growth of Marathas who Had able leader Like shivaji at that time.Kids grow up please lets be united. This colnel should be demoted to night watchman of poultry/pig farm. if it is economic issue, then why you only started historical issues. why marathas agasint tippusultan ? can you tell the truth ? what tippusultan did to maratha sardars in south ?
With all due respect to the feelings of our brothers staying in Mumbai, by any standard it is not correct for personal assults. Many marathi families are out of Maharashtra for decades, there could be negative effect for these people who have a name, fame etc. and staying peacefully with other communities.

correct , i will tell you, ranchi is in bihar earlier now in Jharkhand , last 40 yrs ,punjabis ,Bengalis, south indians and marathis are staying and doing jobs. they are almost 50 % of the population . I am surprised ,no biharis have asked them to leave the town even today, You will find real india over there. whereas marathis are acting like maharashtrians first than indian ,i dont know what kind of fear they have they must learn to think big.they must learn to think positive and they have to lead india than maharashtra . maharashtra is a good state .there leaders should become national leader and rule india than always thinking about maharashtra and diffrences. and i say ,maharashtrians and indian should throw lalau,mulayam ,rajthakre and bal thakre out of this country and they are not required. only in that case ,we can become global power. our past is not good ,so we were ruled ,we must think about future.

Very True. Everywhere in Indian History you will find first to surrender was these North Indians to Invaders. Marathas fighted all the invaders, be Mughals or British till end.
Hence these north Indians have no pride or sense of responsibility towards the nation.
I think ghattees should ask for independence from India and make Nagpur the capital. Their national anthem (as a tribute to suicide committing farmers of Vidarbha) should be:
North indian political leaders should not show dadagiri oveor maharashtrians. No quarrel between ordinary people from North India and Maharashtrian. But northern political corrupted leaders are adding fuel to the fire for keeping their political existence.
The north indians have always tried to exert their authority by migrating to peaceful places like Assam, maharashtra, West Bengal etc. and spreading their bad habits and culture to these places. When it comes to improving the conditions of their own states like Bihar, UP and MP they have never showed any interest or any strength of character. They should not be given any further room to spread their obnoxious character to such states which are making progress in their own right without much of help from the center.

Totally Agree.These are pests.They can only spoil and can be destructive. Shameless ,even after knowing that people hate them ,they still don't go back to their states. Good that Assamese and Manipuri's are killing them .Thats the only way to keep them away.

Lots of Bengalis are there in ranchi ,jamshedpur,dhanbad ,and etc. ranchi to unke bap ki ho gayi hai,shall i tell like that. in my sisters marriage , all laboures were bengali, what shall we do,if you say like this ,fist of all ,you go back to bengal.tumhari phatti kyon hai . at least , do not let the name of subhash dada ,who was a national leader than bengali.

Verma Saab, It is not the question of being bengali vs. the rest.. it's the question of being north indians versus the rest of country. North Indian people are manipulators. They try to intrude and gain control over others territories and domains not by doing good work.. but by fraud means, money power and muscle power. Not to talk about Subhas dada, it's you people's leaders like Nehru and his dynasty for whom the country has seen so much of bloodshed even after independence. Better try and become good citizens in the first place, people will not distance themselves from Biharis or UPites.

Sindhia and Bhosale tried to win over Holkar but he did not join them and retired to Malwa and Gaekwad chose to remain neutral. Even at this point of time, the Marathas chiefs were not able to unify themselves and thus the challenge to the authority of the Company brought disasters for both the Sindhias and Bhosales. The war began in August 1803. British under General Wellesley (brother of Lord Wellesley) defeated Bhosales at Argain on November 29 and the British captured the strong fortress of Gawilgrah on December 15, 1803. In the north, General Lake captured Delhi and Agra. The army of Sindhia was completely destroyed at the battle of Delhi in September and at Laswari in Alwar State in November. The British further won in Gujarat, Budelkhand and Orissa.
