The question here is not one of caste but the liberty of Tibetan people whose territory was annexed by brute force and stabbing of India in the back by China by playing Hindi-Chini bai bai. India is now strong enough to take on Chinese on all fronts be economic or militarily. We should stop succumbing to pressure tactics by China for the sake of economic gains which is illusory. China will always do what they feel right by might if it goes against their interest and have territorial ambition to expand and become superpower. It is time to stop them in their track right now even if force is required other wise they will use their dummies here readily available to rule us ruthlessly. so let India be beware of the danger from an expansionist China and their bidders living in India in the name of communists whatever symbol they carry. U are correct, India need to take the right stance. We know the repercussion would be more funding to Pakistan, NE terrorist and FAKE CURRENCY FROM NE, PAKISTAN AND NEPAL. Not to forget the funds to misguided Naxal, Maoist who should be actually fighting for democratic reforms to remove parliamentary system to be able to elect PM and CM directly by Indian people.
India should muster courage to state the historical facts (Tibet was never a part of China, the part of Kashmir adjoining Tibet or the strategic road built to connect China with Pakistan). The changes made by China in these areas using force have increased India's security problem. We are also incurring more costs as the Chinese support in fomenting problems through our neighboring countries have led to misapplication of resources.
I am sure one can dilate a lot but some one from Government must speak boldly to advise China on discussing the issues with dissenters lest the problems spills over to us.

Exposse can't believe any country is better than Arabistan, that is fine by us. All the Buddist statues were destroyed in Afganistan lest people recall their past. This is how opressive and brutal are some religion in anhilating others in name of religion. For us, we indo-Aryans cannot be humilated just because we fitted ourselves in Caste system when it was not rigid. There could have be flip side where we could have forced Sanskritic language and Aryan norms on ABSOLUTE basis as certain religions do by imposing stiff norms and food habits such as Halal/Haram/etc. Or other have about Sunday morning church congregation, etc.

Though the evil of untouchability still exists in India, we made wonderful progress in improving their conditions and towards the removal of that evil from our society. We are capable of handling that. You better look into your own backyard and look at the pathetic conditions of the aboriginals. Being natives, they are now in a state of confusion. They are reduced to second class citizens and see no hope for them and hence indulge in drugs & petrol sniffing. The are in total despair. Wherever you go, you guys just destroy the locals & their culture. Thank God, we were in huge numbers and hence could survive.

I do agree to your sentiments about the caste system in India and I am very much there by your side but let anyone not get carried away by the western media.Can you site any western medium ever appreciating the strides India has made with very few exceptions.You sat in a country where the whites invaded the land,killed hundreds of aborigines(Diseases apart),took away their children and created a colonial society.Today they may have apologised because that is the easiest thing to do.India is a country with diverse cultures,traditions and religions.In this melting pot we had and still find the traces of untouchability but largely she has galloped in to civility in a short span of 60 years.What is Australian history? China has always been biggest violator of human rights,whether its Tibet or any other province.Just it has huge economic growth and since it provides income fopr many MNC's US and so called other superpowers aren't opening their mouth. Why don't Mr.Bush attack China as he did for Iraq? Is he afraid of taking offensive against it?
