Why the cases of BJP ruled states are only getting transfered? Earlier Gujarat now MP. Why not the cases of Congress ruled Goa are not being given to CBI. Goa is going in the hands of Russian mafia and drugs.

Very true. I have a friend who runs a jewelery shop. I visited his show room the other day and he showed me some very, very expensive jewelry. I said to him, who buys these expensive jewels, may be the Ambanis, the Tatas, the Birlas or the filmy people.
He began to laugh and said, No, a business man is smart, he would not waste his money on such expensive jewels, he would rather pump the amount in to his business. People who purchase these expensive ornaments as usually top bureaucratic officers the police, customs, income tax and other government departments. They often gift these to the politicians or their bosses, to prostitutes and their girl friends.
I am sure that there was great wisdom in the decision made by the SC in transferring the case out of Madhya Pradesh . But all the same we need to ask the court on what basis it took that decision. The judgement asserts that 'the order of the transfer of the case would not mean that it had gone into the merit of the allegation made by the family of the slain professor" If it beleives the state is hampering the process of justice then it should come out with it and the state government must come up with an explanation or be finally hauled up for not doing its duty . If a state government is found wanting ensuring that justice to be provided to its citizens is denied then there are numerous constitutional provisions to correct it. If not and the state is doing its duty why shift the case? It is an admitted fact that a prosecutor amy not be doing his duty , then the court can appoint a new prosector ! Why does the SC not draw up clear guidelines on what would be the basis for shifting cased out of the state? At the risk of the sounding absurd, if a government is not doing it duty at the centre would the supreme court suggest that case be moved to courts in Pakistan , Bangladesh or Sri Lanka?

BJP or non BJP, the killers of Prof. Sabharwal should be hanged. Its shameful that MP govt. is protecting goondas in the garb of youth politics. NSUI and SFI are also full of goondas but that does not lessen the merit of this case.

usmani, the culprit shud be hanged but ABVP is no worse than goondas of SFI and NSUI. there is no need to talk from the moral pedestal. RSS has done a lot of good things unlike terrorists of SIMI.
