Timur crossed the Indus River at Attock on September 24. The capture of towns and villages was often followed by the massacre of their inhabitants and the raping of their women, as well as pillaging to support his massive army. Timur wrote many times in his memoirs of his specific disdain for the "idolatrous" Hindus, although he also waged war against Muslim Indians during his campaign.

Why a Jew can grow his beard in order to practice his faith But when Muslim does the same, he is an extremist and terrorist!
Why a nun can be covered from head to toe in order to devote herself to God But when Muslimah does the same she's oppressed
When a western women stays at home to look after her house and kids she is respected because of sacrificing herself
But when a Muslim woman does so by her will, they say, "she needs to be liberated"! Any girl can go to university wearing what she wills and have her rights and freedom?
But when Muslimah wears a Hijab they prevent her from entering her university!
When a child dedicates himself to a subject he has potential
But when he dedicates himself to Islam he is hopeless!
When a Christian or a Jew kills someone religion is not mentioned, but when Muslim is charged with a crime, it is Islam that goes to trial! When someone sacrfices himself to keep others alive, he is noble and all respect him.

Thats because in Jewsish, Christians only nuns, father grow beard/wear cover head, wear white/black clothes.
Not everybody does like what is done in your religion.
Common people should live like they want. should ask common people to wear beard or head scard. Its for religious leaders not for every tom, dick and harry.

All terrorists are not bearded. All muslim women are not nuns to say they should be covered head to toe. Any terrorist can wear a hijab and enter university. Any child dedicating to Islam is hopeless because he will grow up only with hatred for other communities. Islam goes to trial, because he commits crime in the name of Islam A noble person doesn't sacrifice his life to kill other people.

Imran , Yes I agree with you atleast substantially . Everything in this world is about preception ! Perception is stronger than truth / reality and the cynic may even say that perception is the father of Truth . Then where do I disagree with you ... when you reveal your perception that the whole world is merely anti Islam ! That is your perception and that therefore then becomes your truth. Islam somewhere in the last two decades has given reason to be preceived as being fundamnetalist in nature and prone to violent actions ( Before you scream at me I did not say that was the truth! It is a perception ) Who should make the change ? It must come from with in Islam ! It cannot come from outside Islam. You last paragraph make it abundently clear where the solution. Why is the Muslim allowing Islamic religion to used by those fighting for causes that are mundanely secular and political ? Arafat was never labelled an Islamic Terrrorist , why ? Osams bin Laden is labeled as an Islamic Terrorist , why? Some where along the line that change is important for Islam and for the world that must accept Muslims as an intergral part of today's world .

The Muslim conquest of the Indian subcontinent led to widespread carnage because Muslims regarded the Hindus as infidels and therefore slaughtered and converted millions of Hindus.
Will Durant argued in his 1935 book "The Story of Civilization: Our Oriental Heritage" (page 459):
The Mohammedan conquest of India is probably the bloodiest story in history. The Islamic historians and scholars have recorded with great glee and pride the slaughters of Hindus, forced conversions, abduction of Hindu women and children to slave markets and the destruction of temples carried out by the warriors of Islam during 800 AD to 1700 AD. Millions of Hindus were converted to Islam by sword during this period.
When Muhammad Kasim invaded Sind in 711 AD, Buddhism had no resistance to offer to their fire and steel. The rosary could not be a match for the sword and the terms Love and Peace had no meaning to them. They carried fire and sword wherever they went and obliterated all that came their way. Muhammad triumphantly marched into the country, conquering Debal, Sehwan, Nerun, Brahmanadabad, Alor and Multan one after the other in quick succession, and in less than a year and a half, the far-flung Hindu kingdom was crushed, the great civilization fell back and Sind entered the darkest period of its history. There was a fearful outbreak of religious bigotry in several places and temples were wantonly desecrated. At Debal, the Nairun and Aror temples were demolished and converted into mosques.[Resistors] were put to death and women made captives. The Jizya was exacted with special care.[Hindus] were required to feed Muslim travellers for three days and three nights.
Pradyumna Prasad Karan further describes Mahmud's invasion as one in which he put "thousands of Hindu's to the sword" and made a pastime of "raising pyramids of the skulls of the infidels".
Ala-ul-Din once asked his Qazi, what was the Mohammadan law prescribed for the Hindus. The Qazi replied, "Hindus are like the mud; if silver is demanded from them, they must with the greatest humility offer gold. If a Mohammadan desire to spit into a Hindu%u2019s mouth, the Hindu should open it wide for the purpose. God created the Hindus to be slaves of the Mohammadans. The Prophet hath ordained that, if the Hindus do not accept Islam, they should be imprisoned, tortured, finally put to death, and their property confiscated."
Sayad Mohammad Latif writes in his history of the Punjab, Great jealousy and hatred existed those days between the Hindus and Mohammadans and the whole non-Muslim population was subject to persecution by the Mohammadan rulers.
