Pakistan has exhausted the military option and the valiant Muslim nation cannot repeat the march of Islam to India like their predecessors did.
Excesses committed by the Muslim conquerors have been aptly described by Francois Gautier (Rewriting Indian History), %uFFFDLet it be said right away: the massacres perpetrated by Muslims in India are unparalleled in history, bigger than the holocaust of the Jews by the Nazis; or the massacre of the Armenians by the Turks; more extensive even than the slaughter of the South American native populations by the invading Spanish and Portuguese.
What we witness in India today -- the series of bomb blasts, killing of scores of innocent people, targeting of holy places --- are directly related to the legacy of the colossal killings of Indians by the Muslim invaders.
What was done by hordes of Turk, Afghan and Persian horsemen is now being attempted by the jihadis trained by ISI, DGFI and the tanzeem leaders through their fidayeen dastas (suicide squads) and jihadi vanguards. They are progressively trying to subvert certain weaklings among Indian Muslims.
This is the very war that people like Lt General Hamid Nawaz Khan have in mind when they shout war cries against India. Such ghostly discoveries keep the blood flow steady in a country which is yet to attain nationhood.
But the fact remains that the so-called 5,000 year-old Nation on the Indus is no nation at all.

Formerly a feudatory of Chalukya, Dantidurga was the founder of Rastrakuta dynasty, a strong, aggresive and militant supporter of Brahmanism. Cave XV at Ellora called Dasavtara, which has a long undated inscription of Dantidurga carved on its entrance, was originally a Buddhist Vihara, which was converted to Brrahmanic Temple, by chiseling out Buddhist images. The persecution of Buddhists was started by the Brahmins long time back. The authority of Brahmins over the masses was tremendous. Masses following Buddhist tenets was a great danger to Brahmin supremacy. They had tried to sabotage Buddhist sangha and Asoka had to drive away sixty thousands of fake bhikus. Real persecution of Buddhists had started at the time of Pushyamitra Shunga, who burnt monasteries and killed many monks.

Persecution by Mihirgula was so horrible, that he was declared by Brahmins to be an avatar of "Kalanki", the tenth avatar of Vishnu, which now they say is yet to come. He built big temples for the benefit of Brahmins and wiped out all Buddhist monasteries.

All this had happened before the Brahmins brought in the Rajputs. But there was some life left in Buddhism, the religion of masses. This was wiped out during the Rajput period. this period was the "Dark Age" of India. Mentioning about this period, Swami Dharmateertha rightly observes:

"But so long as India had at least a glimmer of national life and freedom, she made incessant efforts to assert her self-respect and thwart Brahman tyranny and it was only when the country ultimately fell a victim into the hands of foreigners the Buddhism was crushed to death and Brahmanism spread its fangs over the prostrate people.

That's all right, but for the first time Indian Rulers are suppose to committ a SIN

That's all right, but for the first time Indian Rulers are suppose to committ a SIN by backing a deadly genocide of Hindu Tamils in Sri Lanka.

All the western countries from US, UK to France and Japen had kept off themselves from supporting any sort of Tamil Genocide in Sri Lanka. Since the Militarist Govt of Sri Lanked abondened the Cease Fire these nations had refused to give military or economic support to SL.

But it is only Congress Centred India who is backing hard the SL and providing military and economic aid to it.

Hindu Tamils are whom take Swami Vivekananda to Nethaji as fine examples in their daily life. They look at Sivaji like Hindu Kings as how we see and have great respect over India and How can we back stab them again???

It's the stupid congress, and also the Tamils in TN who are to blame.
Rediff so far has been doing a great job highlighting the genocide of Tamil in SL.
But how come the politician in TN and the pulic in TN are keeping quiet about the genocide of Tamils in SL. History will judge TN on that.
You cannot blame all Indian for the genocide of Tmails in SL.

Shivaji's valour... and that of the marathas...
by Sesh on Mar 13, 2008 07:59 PM  Permalink

Battle of Kolhapur

To counter the loss at Pratapgad and to defeat the nascent Maratha power, another army, this time numbering over 10,000, was sent against Shivaji, commanded by renowned Bijapuri general Rustemjaman. With cavalry of 5000 Marathas, Shivaji attacked them near Kolhapur on 28 December 1659. In a swift movement, Shivaji led a full frontal attack at the center of the enemy forces while other two portions of his cavalry attacked the flanks. The hand-to-hand combat was ferocious, the action was interspersed with the Maratha war cry "Har Har Mahadev" (hail to Lord Shiva), with "Allahu Akbhar" (God is great) the Muslim war cry. In a bloody pitched battle, the Bijapuri forces folded under the ferocious Maratha onslaught and in the ensuing panic, Rustemjaman fled the battlefield.

Shivaji's Mavale/Maratha soldiers clearly demonstrated their courage and martial tendency by fearlessly attacking in a pitched battle the combined and formidable Bijapur army made up of elite forces of Arab, Abyssinian, Persian and Afghan mercenaries. This news made the mighty Mughal empire more alarmed at the successes of the upstart Maratha Shivaji, who was now derisively called "Mountain Rat" by the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb. He was now actively preparing to bring the full might and resources of the Mughal Empire to bear down on the potential Maratha threat, as he was not one to tolerate any potential challenge to his rule

Friends,
The true history of India between 11 to 17 th century is not told in our school history books.
We all blame British but the period before british was equally horrific. Sultans and Moguls killed countless hindus, raped hindu women and took them to middle-east as sex slaves. 30 percent of today's arab, iran and turky population comes from slave hindu women. Gold, jewels from kings and temples was looted and taken away to middle east (turkey, iran, syria and saudi-arabia).
Our over idealistic leaders after 1947 suppressed our this history. We Indians do not know our history well.
Akbar was uneducated and addicted to wine. He had more than 5000 hindu slave wives. He has lots of blood on his hands when it comes to treating hindu people who didn't accept islam.

Taj Mahal was a Shiv temple called TEJO-Mandir. The original Shiva linga is buried under the entrance step number 5.

And this does not mean today we must hate muslims because what happened in past.

But we must know and understand our history as it really was.

No other country survived so many oppressions and plunders. But no other country has insulted its own sacrifices so much as well. We can not ignore the pain, plight and struggle of hindu kings, rajputs, marathas, sikhs to preserve their homeland when under attack by invaders.

Well Said!!

Govt. should show the correct picture and also stop giving concession to particular sect or community alone. These games should be completely stopped by the govt.
