First of all, one can turn around and say Indian men aren't that handsome either. Secondly, for a rapist, it is an opportunity more than beauty to commit the crime. There is no small amount of respect left for any police in any state. These people are real goons just gets into these profession to make money. And this is proved right again and again by the police Dept. After rapes in police stations, these people have nothing else to say about themslves.
It is high time we have some system of accountability for Public Servants. The guilty Police along with the Doctors who had conducted the autospy should be arrested to send a strong message that facts cannot be twisted.
In India, police can make any wrong( I don't whether it is real practice nowdays) FIR report according to money getting from the concerned people to save the real culprit.

I agree with you. Goa is highly overhyped.. The beaches are good, but bit too overhyped.. Also our tendency to appease foreigners and shameless neglect of our own people is very appaling. One should go to a foreign country to learn how to respect their own people..!!
