Modi is too controversial to be a PM. Radical right wing agendas may work regionally but fail on a national scale. A prime ministerial candidate has to be acceptable to all.
Advani played the communal card in the 90s but had to tone his rhetoric down. You cant run a diverse country like India with narrow agendas and politically mature people know that.

Get lost you moron Bob Marley! There are a lot of capable Indians to lead India. We don't need an Italian baby sitter or her son.
Indians are much more capable of leading India than people who pledge allegiance to the Vatican Church and the Pope.

For 30 year US has been under family rule....Senior Bush, then clinton, then junior bush and may be Hillary.....so best way is go by wht he can deliver and give him time but tough time to see tht and conclude

In a developing country, this dynasic rule proves to be disastrous. Although almost all politicians have been encouraging it. Think of a situation where in all 542 constituencies there will be contest between one or two family members.
His great grandfather discovered India. Some of the congress-discovered facts: 1)Vedas were written in Iran 2) Saraswathi river was in Afghanistan 3) Ancient cities like Kasi must have been in Europe, from where 100 people migrated to India and invaded its billion people 4) Samudra means a small countryside lake 5) Rama never constructed a bridge, but Noah built an arc 6) Indian civilization started after Gajin invaded it.

So 1. Who wrote the vedas 2. Where is saraswati 3. Who are the indegeneous people of India (as the harrappans are now all pakis) 4. How can monkeys build a bridge (because if it is true then we can outsource our construction to them)
RE:Discovery of India
by Neel Reddy on Mar 10, 2008 11:12 PM Permalink
1) Vedas were not "written" down. They are Apourusheyas, meaning "not from Men". They were not written, but orally transmitted. Before Vyasa compiled them, they were never written down.
2)The mighty Saraswathi river flowed in India, which dried up later, which is a well-established fact.
3) What do you mean? The ancient India included Pakistan, Afghanistan, Kambodia, Mangloia, Singapore and Malaysia. So the indigenous people came from all of these countries.
4) If an Arc can carry samples of all billions of species of life out of deluge, then why cannot monkeys build a bridge? Maybe they are Neanderthals from the not so distant fast.

The answer is: We the Sanatanis wrote Vedas somewhere in Punjab/Gandhar area, maybe 10000 years back. Saraswati river disappeared, because of some possible devastating Earthquakes in the North India. We were always the Sanatanis who lived in the Sanatansthan (Bharatbhumi). Because of the Geographical conditions prevailing the timeline of Ramayana, the sea might have been less deep, so setu-construction might have been possible with stones.

That is my point. The people who actually wrote the vedas (Punjab/Gandhar area) took to Islam and now live in Pakistan.
Dont forget the oldest known civilization on the subcontinent was in Pakistan (Indus Valley). Nothing which predates the Indus Valley has ever been found in India.

If you can do a better job, why dont u try ur hands in politics instead of cribbing about what his ancestors did....and as far as history is concerned gandhis dont write history, historians do....dont blame whole congress, blame the indian scholars instead who cant prove all these facts wrong....
C'mmon guys...stop being harsh on the poor guy..its not his fault if he s following the legacy of his ancestors....guy has done a good job in this tour....he has been trying to reach the common man even if he has to compromise his security...its high time we start appreciating our leaders....if you think they are not worth it then jump the bandwagon and take matters in your own hands...but ya even that we wouldnt do and we will find millions of excuses not to do it as well... guys appreciate the poor guy, he s young and doing a good job so far...
His grandfather has already discovered India for all generations to come. Nothing more left for Rahul to explore. Some of the great Congress discoveries: 1) Vedas were written in Iran 2) Saraswathi river is in Afghanistan 3) Cities like Kasi were somewhere in Europe. 4) Our nation which is 10000 years old was born in 1947 thanks to the great Congress.
It was unfortunate Jawaharlal Took parti in freedom movement against british raj,. as a resultRahul (the only qualification his great grand son) is made a leader! God knows what is happening to those intellectuals in Delhi, who have turned slaves of Nehru family and wagging tail behind a grocer's daughter Sonia who is not among us! Its a shame for entire India and Indians!

What do you know about Rahul? There are thousands of people who are honest and sincere than him in the party. Why are this congress clan not allowing them to come up in the party? Only corrupt congressmen want Rahul at the helm, so that they can loot without any fear. Did you ever try to know about what has been happening during Rahul's papa was PM?

You do need a Discover India tour. Neither you nor your mommy knows much about india. Getting inputs from congressi chamchas does not give you knowledge about india.

Hi
1. She won the parliament election, so she has the support of the people over there, then the coalition was having a majority, then why she does not deserve the post.
2. Whatever we say the position / side which he is in Lalu and the condition of Bihar is an open state.
3. My dear Rajiv Gandhi was not trying to sovle is family problem by sending Indian force to Srilanka for which LLTE killed him. (I beleive LLTE later apologised for that, not sure). It was part of the administration of the country he didnt have anything personal in that.
4. And couple of months back when Pramod Mahajan was killed by his brother (its a sad affair) his son was taken to the youth wing of BJP. No comments for that. A party which ruled the country. There were press reports that he had used some drugs.
So comparing those things Rahul nad Sonia is much better.

Mr Joseph, her main aim is not politics. her aim is to convert innocent Hindus into christianity and help missionaries. i think ur aims also matches nicely with hers it seems.

Well said joseph......... Guys nobody knows everything about India... Remember only a Secular party and their cadres can bind the nation and bring some progress... which is inclusive and non divisive... Open your minds and think progressively......Stop talking nonsense and baseless things....guys change your mindsets and dont be biased against any community....These are nonsense allegations against Sonia and the Gandhis.......... Vote them out if you can or shut your mouths......

Now when you say something like this you should have some proof
You have to validate your comment Mr Proton
And how do know my aim is
I am a proud Indian citizen
And regarding conversions / eating habits / dress code / I dont bother
I only bother, if I there is a criminal activity and there is no organised force to prevent it. If there is no equal ooportunity to any citizen irrespective of is status / an ordinary citizen does not have the opportunity to come up in life by hardwaork
There cannot be innocent hindus / muslims / christians
Nor there can be bad hindus / muslims / christians
There are only good / bad people
Please understand that
Mt Proton I dont know what you do
We live in a very small world
If you are living out of India you will feel more regarding this
Indians live all over the world
America, Euorope, Australia & Middle East
Proton you are living in a world where you can decide wether you need to marry / not If marrying at what time
So these are all personal matters
Nobody will come and tie up your hand and convert you forcefully
Its your wish. You also have the choice to practice a religion itself or not
RE:Trust Me Rahul

we cannot separate politics from religion in India. Past politics proved this.
Muslim kings attacked India, destroyed temples, killed and taxed Hindus and converted many people into Islam, forcefully. There was no freedom of religion. In British rule, churches and schools were built all over. Replaced our syllabus and taught xristianity. They spoiled our culture and demoralized us.
This is all our past and its over. we cannot change it. but i do not want that to repeat once again.
Tell me one thing, why is YS Rajasekara Reddy changed his religion into xtian. How could he could convince soina to get him the CM post, despite there were many more experienced leaders in the party.
I don%u2019t mind him celebrating his birth day in Jerusalem or somewhere, but how can he sanction so many permissions for minority colleges, give contracts and try to give some part of land in Thirupathy hills to the missionaries?
In western society (Europe, us), many don%u2019t bother about religion and don%u2019t do anything nasty like people do in India. I am not trying to offend any one, but saying facts and politics behind them.
Sonia is doing her bit indirectly. I do not want to see one more betrayal.

of course, there was fight between Indian states. but that didnt effect in a long run. But, the muslims and british conquered us and imparted their religious culture into us and still we are not able to come out of it (fighting internally). thats what i mean, what happened is happened, but i dont want that exploitation happen any more. i hate congress only because of their minority appeasement, and anti Hindu approach. This is known even since the Indhira gahdhi time. what I expect from self claimed secular congress is that they should never over do the things for the sake of votes. if they do that, for my selfish reasons, i will support the party which supports my own religion. Remember, if at all India is secular, its not because of the political parties, its because of the majority of hindus who respect all the religions, and real secular people. Dont get me wrong, i am not against minority. but at the same time, I hate the paid conversions and exploitation of the good will.

Donot have a jarred vision and an opaque mind people.... dont think you become modern and more intellectualy with the gandhi bashing..... here is a leader with a vision .... He deserves a better response from the masses , especially the youth.. these were the moments you were all looking forward.... the youth brigade to take over the mantle..... when it is just happening here are some people who think they are more sane when the blindly start bashing against the congress and the gandhi.... So dirty minded people , stop abusing Sonia and Rahul.... They are having very good intentions about the progress and development of the nation. .... If you people cannot support them.... atleast shut up and watch untill they have proved you wrong.........
