Guptaji, you seem to be blind to the existing situiation not only in Goa but everywhere in India. When the enire government machinery, ministers and police including, is infected with selfish, goonda, mafia driven bandicoots, how can you imagine even a semblance of justice to innocent people? Leave aside the foreigners travelling to India who have very little or no pulls to drive the authoprities.
The molestation of single girls is rampant which starts from rape and ends in murder. The authporities find it most convenient to bury the cases and forget it. How many such cases are not seen in our great capital itself?
