Clearly, Indian Muslims do not consider themselvesas Indians! Should they not know the real history of the barbaric Persian/ Arab invaders of India? Despicable behavior, more so on the part of Indian Govt. Look at Denmark- they have freedom of expression, and published Mohammed cartoons. In USA, school kids learn about how blacks were treated- that is part of American history, and everyone reads about it in books. But in India- Muslims rule (still).
Wake up Hindus- Get the truth out about Islamic rule of India. Then only we can be proud of India.

By this logic, the Holocast perpetrated by Hitler should also not be shown or discussed to maintain the 'harmony between communities. The objective of such exhibitions is NOT to create communal tension, but to remember, so that we do not allow such situations in the future. In the name of secularism, the TN Government is pandering to the dictates of the Muslim fundamentalists. At this rate, the Hindus will be alienated in their own country. The organizers of the exhibition need the support of every Hindu. Let this be a clarion call for Hindus of all classes and sects to unite in fighting this bigotry and fanaticism, because the traditional tolerance and acceptance of the Hindus will be construed as cowardice, and will be trampled upon with impunity.

India is becoming such an intolerant country. At this rate we should not do any history, social research or make historical movies, publish any book on history without being attacked by some faltu group. This muslim group is a good example. Police instead of protecting Lalit Kala Academy is arrestin these women. Shame on Tamil Nadu Police. TN may be getting economic rewards in the new economy but their government is extremely backward and is bent on persecuting Hindus for thir own personal agendas. I am sure the govt of the day is hand in golove with these Muslim groups.
This closing down of the exhibit is a clear expression of the extent to which the Indian muslims identify with the Arab conquerors and abusers. Any wonder that people question Indian muslims' sense of patriotism. They have shown clearly that they do not identify with their Indian heritage and root, but only with foreign invaders that wreaked havoc on Indian society. With this incidence, the Indian muslim's have exposed themselves well and truly.
The dirty old man, the perverted Hussein, was allowed to exibit his paintings of Hindus goddesses depicted in vulgar manner, under the guise of ''freedom of artistic expression.'' Yet, when non-muslims want to exhibit facts and historical truths about islamic conquerors, they are banned and silenced under the pretext of ''instigating the public.'' Strange that the muslims are allowed to say what they want about other religions under the freedom of experssion, but non-muslims are not allowed to even talk about muslim atrocities of the past - that too, about the atrocities committed by Arab & Persion invaders! What blatant hypocrisy!
It is scary to see that Indian muslims strongly identify with muslims invaders and barbarians. Actually, wherever the muslim lives, he tends to identify ONLY with Islam and the Arab culture, and not with country he resides in, or his original roots. Surely then, it would not be wrong for other non-muslim countries to ask muslims to leave their country!

Actually it is not true that Muslims anywhere identify with Arabs and Islam.No UAE or Saudi muslim will come running to "save"/ sacrifice himself for any Indian/Pakistani Muslim. See any of them rushing to the defend the Indian subcontinent? Only our fellow citizens are willing to immolate themselves for the Mid. East. The Turks & Genghis Khan were ferocious. And the cruel crusades, Christian torture till the 1900s? Still none them closes an exhibition/cultural event because in the past some king or ruler is depicted as cruel and inhuman. History tells us what happened, it is important to learn from past errors. Hiding one's head in the sand won%u2019t change facts or rewrite history. It is as foolish to prevent an artist using his imagination. The more narrow minded we become the easier it is to divide us & take advantage of any situation. Why pull religion into every topic in discussion? Why not learn to be tolerant? Religion is a personal issue, the more we insist on making it public the more disharmony there will be with more distance for misunderstandings and hatred to flourish. Destructive thoughts are easy. Can you blame anyone else then for your country not being considered a near-superpower? Our overall attitude must change. Our enemies want to divide us. Don't give them scope.
A pity this exhibition was closed by some ignorant people.Our country is full of ignorant people,proudly so. A historical exhibition is a cultural one.If the facts were wrong this should have been discussed before the exhibition opened, butyou cannot change facts to please everyone.Unfortunately history has no place in India today and it takes a foreigner to do take the initiative in India! So the politicians & fanatical leaders aren%u2019t interested in telling the truth or educating the masses. Unfortunately our youth with their incapacity to look for the truth only helps them.
Commies continue to kill in Kerala in day light; they are slashing people and spreading terror but news in National Media??? On March 8th 2008 three more killed but no news in National media!! Why? It seems even National Media is afraid !!! More than 14 people slashed, admitted in hospitals in critical condition. People are hiding, if commies do not find people a home to kill they are killing Cows and dogs. Normal life is affected and people are afraid to come out of their house.
No protest! No demand for Govt resignation! In fact no news. Commies are the biggest danger to country today, in fact they are real terrorists.

The biggest danger to our country comes form the indifference of the people.It is useless to blame any one party andy one religion because the violence that takes place is immediately ignored and accepted by us. If the media does not speak up, we must insist this is done. We must begin to care for our lives, the lives of our fellow citizens whatever caste, class or religion they belong to, because the most important fact is that WE ARE ALL INDIANS. Unless and until we have this thought in our heads we will never be united and anyone whether Indian or foreigner, will take advantage of us and end up richer, more respected and with authority that we will not be able to question, exactly as we are unable to protest against or question any illegal, illegitimate, abuse of authority today. Or call any office bearer to account for his/her actions.
This is what I got while going through the Quoran (Sura-4, Ayat- 56):
~ Lo! Those who disbelieve Our revelations, We shall expose them to the Fire. As often as their skins are consumed We shall exchange them for fresh skins that they may taste the torment. Lo! Allah is ever Mighty, Wise.

YES, QURAN SAYS THAT A SINNERS SKIN WILL BE BURNT AND MELT. ONCE THEIR SKIN IS CONSUMED A FRESH SKIN WILL BE GIVE TO THEM AND AGAIN IT WILL BE BURNT. ALLAH IS IS WISE AND JUST. have heard about mass murderes? what is the punishment for them? at most you give him death penalty. even any one who commits murder killing one man and found gulity IPC 302 will give death penalty. for a mass murderer also the same. do you find any balance of justification. Allah knows how to punish people according to their sins. He knows what is inside a mans mind and outside it. Now people try to spread false messages. They themselves know that is false not only them Allah also knows their mind. Allah has shown many signs to mankind. Believing is not going to help Him and disbelieving is not going to harm him.
