Bal Thakaray targeted Tamils and other south Indians in 70s. But he wont repeat that now. If so then Marathis in will get back the same treatment in South India. Now, he is at soft tagets like Biharis and UPwalas for his political mileage.

Mr. Bal Thakeray claims himself hardcore nationalist leadr. He must have read Constitution of India the paramount law of our beloved country. The constitution does not make any difference between Marathi and Bihari. For constitution, there is only one natin which is Indian nation. The Indian national may come from any part of the country. Be this the position, how Mr. Bal Thakray dare to abuse People from Bihar, in a language not used by civilised person. And when Mr. Bal Thakeray is disseminating such type of hatered what Chief Minister of Maharashtra is doing when the language of Constitution is very much clear that there is no difference between any citizen of the country. Mr. Deshmukh should know at least this basic principle of the constitution of India.

Abe yede....tune article padha hai kya Balasahab ka....he is against Bihari leader and not people of Bihar....get ur facts correct before commenting.
We marathis understand the politics of it. BUT THE POINT REMAINS UNANSWERED FROM THE CENTRAL GOVT. If these states need to be moved up the ladder then the same has to be told in stern way to the politicians - Mulayam, Amar and Lalu talk in Mumbai as if they have have come to conquer something, forgetting that its them who are responsible for this migration. What have they done for the infrastructure - social and economic, why people prfer MH or southern states today - they are to blame, not people. It takes person like Mr. Modi who openly said in his mumbai address that - "my gujarati brothers should note that gujrat today offers better opportunities - come back" - this confidence has come b'coz he has done a lot on the front of development. we marathis are never against anybody, any language (unlike in South) but we will definitely teach lessons to somebody(especially politicians) who talks of lathi and goondagardi. Lastly I feel let us (all the states) have a competition in erradicating poverty, unemployment - whoever wins - it will be INDIA - THE REAL WINNER
Thackerays are playing with your sentiments just to gain votes. Look at Bal Thackeray, who launched his career with anti-south Indian sentiments only to ditch the concept because of its inability to gain votes. Later on they started experimenting with a more wider sentiment of Hindutav.
