Look boss - the problem is not with Biharis but with Bihar state and its administration. I am sure none of these IIT /IIM guys will ever like to work there. Also for every IIM graduate - there are 10000 absolute illiterates . Bihar is behind every state in every Human Development Index. I am not a Bihari but from Eastern UP which is not very different from Bihar in terms of development. Instead of being sensitive about what people on the street are talking - its important to look at feedback and see what can be done.

i think mr. raj thakre and others are not talking about the ability of bihari people.their interests are that the bihari's eating away the jobs which local people can handle them.abiliy of the people does not depends to which state it belongs,it is personal effort.many intelligent people do not opt for govt. services now a days.let us not enter in to the controversy.bihari leaders should take interest in development of their state and create employment for their people.mass mentality is another draw back.merit of individual shall be counted.delhi university shall get the credit for their development.

We as indian dont needed to be told by any one especially a criminal politician like thackrey whom to love and hate. We all are intelligent enough to pick these things. if thats the case y take a cricket win from Dhoni, why yo purchase coal from jharkhand and bihar the list is endless. SO SHAME ON YOU BAL THACKREY. If you come to talk to those old South Indian persons who are in Mumbai since more than 40 years they will tell you how ghastly these Shiv Saininks had killed the Tamils and Kannadigas on the roads of Mumbai.They were killed in broad day-light and doe to non-official sources their number was in few hundreds.Perhaps the same scene is going to be repeated in coming months..this time against North-Indians.What kind of nationalism we teach to our kids on every Independence day and Republic Day.Are we heading towards another division..???? People are tlking as if UP-Bihar-Jharkhand-MP are parts of Pakistan.
On seeing the developments going on in Indian political arena , Mahatma Gandhi might have broken his head and said, why I fought British and got freedom , these junks do not deserve any freedom at all , and he will pray GOD to send British one more time for Trade and concquer the India once again.

Support you brother, we indians dont deserve freedom, we are good enough to be slaves, if anybody wants to ask why? I got million sorry zillion answers. We still have castism or better to say its more dreadful than racism, we still practice sati, dowry etc, we still cant give bread to poor, we cant save a dying patient on road, we can even pee in toilets we need road, and we cant even drive car one day witout breaking any rules, ahh i m tired, u won thackrey.

Ya I totally agree with u , they came long time back n INTRODUCED DEVIDE N RULE POLICY , n some people for their political mileage using it agian . It seems that what they have done is not wrong if our own poeple are doing this . This is very shameful . BIHAR is of BIHARIs MAHARASTRA is of MARATHIs , BENGAL is of BENGALI . Offline ,in our own surroundings we find the need of very human being , and specially our friends. this kind of bal waste bodies are spoiling the unity of our great Nation INDIA
Why sivasena targeting north Indian's now? 30 years before the target was south Indian's. The Maharashtra's political leaders did just nothing for the Maharashtrians if at all they did anything to them is that they have created lots of rowdy youth's. Look at Mumbai one can find working class people mostly are from south India Business community's are from Gujarati's and Punjabi's they are extremely flourishing and well settled lot. The migrants from North or any part of the country in Mumbai are hard working laborers most of them are deployed in such type of services that non of this settled mumbaicar's could do those labor jobs. First of all these North Indian's migrate here because of the very poor condition of their survival in their won states this is because of the rulers of their states. In so many years they never bothered to lift the status of these poor people. In Mumbai non of the so called son of soil politicians never bothered to provide adequate support for the progress of their own linguistic brother n's thus push them selves to play this sort of dirty game with this poor and pathetic our won country men and women.
