To certain extent, its true. The typical attitude of bihari (not everybody) is bypass sustem/ break the laws. The reason is, the survival within bihar can't be possible unless and untill you do goondagardi. Most of these guys(not 100%)when they come to other states, they simply don'y know, there is one thing called as law/discipline. They behave as if they are in bihar. I don't whom to blame on this. Is it people or those leaders?

Bhayya MLAs have started demanding that Hindi should replace marathi in BMC.. Hindi/Urdu has already displaced Bengali in Calcutta, Telugu in Hyderabad, Punjabi in Chandigarh Kannada in Bangalore, Gujrati in Ahmedabad... wake up guys before Hindi/Urdu destroys all local cultures and languages.
Bhayyaz have imposed Hindi after breeding like rabbits and are now terming anyone who opposes Hindi as anti national.
All languages like Marathi, Bengali, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu are being sidelined and Hindi is being promoted.
