Dear All, we must remember that India is one nation. As we love our state we should love the state we work in. To see the comments, It seems that all Bihari peoples are blamed this is not fare. 40% may be wrong. but I know that by hart they are good. I have stayed in Bihar & Now I am in Karnatka. I am basically from Maharastra. Here Bihari peoples specially educated one need to put more effort to do something to provide job opportunities in their own land. Since poor migrant Bihari are facing trouble in many states of India, may be because of there attitude or life style.
