You fool ... i think you are not reading newspapers nowadays.Mauritus primeminister recently spent 3 days in Bihar and was escatic. They may start doing some businee there. also, the chief minister is running some development programmes there. maybe you will see something there in few years (if nitish kumar is still there) which you havent imagine. take it from me, from wherever you are, bihar will progress much more . you dont know what real bihari is..
