Friends - No Infrastructure support in this budget. The Infrastructure project which were started during 1999-2004 were delayed by this govt, example Gurgaon express way project (not a big one but it has created the dent in the policy makers face).Does sobebody have info on golden quadrilateral project, for which Satendra Dubey laid his life.
We have been living in politics of double standards and survival by any means. We need a change, to protect our home and country.
Its really an eye opener for us.Mr.kiren Rijiju's words have weight. Our politicians are 2 busy with their cheap political issues, and hence they ignore the Arunanchals issue.Same is with the army that is very clear from the comments of Deepak kapoor. They will always talk of Pak,a failed state rather than the big dragon which poses a gr8 threat.I wish people like MR. Rijiu be actively involved in the politics and take up substancial issues rather than fighting over stupid issues.
Kiren Rijiju, the 36-year-old firebrand Member of Parliament representing Arunachal Pradesh (West) should be supported by all the other members of the parliament taking a serious note on the aspects raised without any fear for betterment of nation and its security. At least under his guidance a permanant committee to be constituted for the settlement of said border issue without depending on the beaurocrats
Whatever Mr Kiren has said is absolutely 100% true.We haven't learnt from history and the drumming we got in 62.By brushing facts under the carpet and explaining away the incursions by the Chinese as not of any consequence, we are doing a great harm to our country. Arunachal needs a massive aid programme for this important border state to integrate with the rest of us here in "madhya Bharat". I have seen the fabulous infrastructure made by the Chinese on their side of the border. For what purpose??? The answer is only too obvious.Doing trade with them is all very well-- but the integrity of the country cannot be compromised. The earlier our politicians wake up to this alarming scenario highlighted by Mr Kiren, the better it will be.
Kiren Rijeju is absolutely right & I admire his concern for the motherland though the Congress is remotely concerned about the chinese incursions. Chinese are very cunning and India should do tough talking with china on this issue but the congress culture has made india so weak that it does not have the guts to tell china to mend its ways. Then anti-national communists are there who have trans border sympathy & would never like India to be strong to rebuff chinese advances in the North east. Former Defence Minister george Fernadese when spoke about chinese threat he was forced to eat his words so as not to annoy the chinese by the same elements. India should develop infrastructure in NE and care for the people of NE. This part is still with India because of patriotism of NE people & India should become militarily strong to confront china if ever such situation comes. Time never waits & develop NE so that the people there proud in being Indian. Political parties like congress & communists have only encouraged infiltration in most of the NE for consolidating their vote banks like Assam & Tripura.
We should wake up as a nation and develop our borders.Mr.Kirren Rijju should be congartulated for making his point crystal clear with figures. If we do'nt safeguard our borders then we cannot be peaceful. Chinese will overtake us one day or the other. So please Mr. AK Antony-Take this matter very seriously.
