BJP has stood up even after being cheated in NDA by its the then allies like DMK/Paswan/PMK/TDP/BKD/Ajit singh all joined NDA for power once the election came near they fled, so wait and see they will enact the same now, the left is also waiting to be left over

Now only stupids believ Congress and left do anythings to help the poor. They did only in the name of communal vote bank to pumped money in minority appeasement. not for helping the poor only to buy consolidated minority votes.

Congress has always used power for its benefit against laws. They don't believe in democracy. They have misused Governers always. On contrary NDA wanted polls immediately after Kargil war was over or MP, RJ wins. But they let EC handle the scene.

Unconstitutional actions of Conress in Goa
by Sidharth Kuncalienker on Mar 04, 2008 05:50 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Congress Government survived two times due unconstitutional actions of the Speaker and the Governor. The second time, (when the assembly session was in progress) when the Congress Govt was reduced to a clear minority, the Governor instead of asking teh Chief minister to prove his mojority on teh floor of teh house, illegally prorogued teh assembly thereby saving teh Congress Govt.

It is o wonder that till date Congress Goverment hasnot beenable to pass any finance bill and even Giovernors speach is not passed by the Legislative House.

CVongress does not beleive in Democracy. However it strongly beleives in divide and rule and this is achieved by pitting caste against caste, religion against religion, etc...

Requesting all KAnnadigas to kick this party out of Karnataka and give a clear mandate to BJP to provide a good governance.

One must also not forget the dirty hands of congress in perpetuating an Independent as a CM in the state of Jharkhand... There too, if election are held tomorrow, Congress, and JMM (girgit) would be history...

Maharashtra Human Rights Commission (MHRC) on Tuesday held its first hearing on a petition seeking action against the police for not taking preventive measures and abdicating their statutory powers in favour of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena Chief Raj Thackeray.

The petition moved by social activist Medha Patkar and several NGOs alleged that constitutional as well as human rights of lakhs of people have been violated by planned attacks by people of a "certain" political party.
