Shashank Shekar Singh is most corrupt and sychophant to Chief Ministers. He is personal pilot of CMs and black mails UP CMs while flying in the aircraft.
He deserves CBI investigation on his corruptions. His appointment to Beuracucracy is matter of CBI enqiry.
Dear all, I will give u a true picture of Shashank Shekar, he is the most corrupt rogue and inefficient officer ever appointed, way back in 95 he was pricipal secy tech education in UP and two new engg college were opened in Garhwal and kumaon...unfortunately millions of rupess were spent but not even a classroom was constructed, no labs not even faculty, students had to frequently come lucknow and try getting an appointment with this idiot but instead he would let them enter his office and ask pricipal to take action instead!! he was such a pathetic that he swallowed huge money with his cohorts of IAS officers (at that time it was president's rule in UP)in the name of construction but not even a mess hall was constructed, students had to cook meals on chula bhatti out in the open and it would frequently rain in hills hence no food on rainy days!!!students kept requesting and sending petetion to this idiot that it is in the interest of all students that they be shifted to other colleges of UP but he maintained that students dont want to study...a person who completely lacks understanding of governance, education policies...i am happy that Behenji has kicked out such an idiot.This man does not have credentials to hold an office..he is fit for chaufering planes ...thats what he is supposed to do!

You are right we do not get any opportunity in our state, we go and fight in other state. Why not improve the situation in our state so that all the other people will want to come to UP and Bihar.
mayawati is doing nothing to attract industrial houses to UP.She is just playing dirty politics by promising quota to meena,gujar,poor upper castes,sc,st etc
Shekhar Singh was a pilot in the UP govt (flying the CMs) who was subsequently made a bureaucrat (principle sec.) . He is a very honest man but the corrupt IAS lobby find it tough to digest that a non IAS has risen to such a high post.
During his term as the Chairman of Noida there were no irregularities whatsoever. He is a tough man of action and a doer.

Shashank Shekhar is a top corrupt of UP. Media gimmicks of news resigniation, he holds several key positions and some of them are given up. He is Deadly corrupt person. He is Arrogant. He is an agent of Chief Minister.

Sammer, you're outta your mind. It is obvious you have no personal knowledhe of Shekhar Shekhar. He is an honest gentleman. I can say so because I have known him for the last 30 years.

That should read as "Shekhar Singh". And yes, his only fault is that he is straight-forward, blunt and honest.
