The caste system is killing India specially the states of UP and Bihar. UP and Bihar are the most castiest states in India and hence their pathetic status. But the castiest elite in these states will continue to deny this fact and keep on living in a world of imaginary, self-declared greatness (which nobody else agrees with). These castiest elite in UP and Bihar are on track to become the new dalits of India. The caste system is on track in killing India. Indians should stop wasting time on China and Pakistan and instead focus on eliminting the caste system before it eliminates India.

IAS has become a dishonoured work, all those who serve the leaders/part can be a good beauracrat, he has to bring in power/money and give some dole outs to the people with votes is the job of an IAS, We used to see IAs officers who would care and work without fear, and got resultsm but now we fear because they have been a cotrie and a part of a cartel doing some of the most dirty jobs, we are ashamed see millions being unearthed from govt officials/IT /excise comminsioners, by dozens, in every part of india, those who should be serving are being served. The politicians who who should be working for the people want people to work for them . Now we see the rule of the Moghuls, in Delhi and their cronies, like Biram Khan/Saista Khan/ Afzal Khan/Todar Mal/ Mansingh/Mir Jumla's working in various provinces with their own whips. Now the state leaders are slowly become very powerful and the delhi durbar the typical Mohmad Shah rangils , just waiting for Nadir shah's visist
Shashank Shekhar Singh is a real JUGGLER? That's why he is ruling over IAS lobby. I am asking which IAS officer is less competent than Shashank Shekhar Singh(non-IAS) bureaucrat. As he claim to be competent than IAS to hold bureaucrat without Civil Services Qualification. There are many competent people in this country but are neither IAS nor bureacrat because they belive in ETHICAL not like Singh who belive in non-ethical and corruption and backdoor entry system and crushing the existing ethical-value-system.
Shashank Shekhar Singh a pilot in UP Govt holding cabinet secry should be sacked and complaint be filed to seize his assests accrued from holding key positions over past 15 years.
A complaint against Shashank Shekhar Singh should be filed to Chief Vigilence, UPSC, Supreme court of India...

100% un-adulterated nonsense!
Two of the secretaries in Centre's finance ministry are non-IAS. One, Mr Montek Singh Ahluwalia & second Rakesh Mohan. There have been many non-IAS bureaucrats in this country who had been more competent & more successful than the IAS officers.
UPSC, Vigilence & Supreme Court have no role in this. The suggestion only exposes your stupidity!

How do you know that you are more competent than IAS bureaucrats?.....Any comparative data to substantiate ?... Sychophancy of CMs is not the criteria....

Shashank Shekhar Singh, a pilot, has made a Backdoor entry to beauracracy without Qualification of civil service. He is not required to run UP govt but should do his duty of Flying aircraft.....Heeeee....
