a. The govt will look at these problems, no need for you to look for solutions b. yes, first lets find out what state these aids infected have originally come from. Then the they can go back to their states and the statistics will be corrected. c. Worse crime is prevalent in many many other states. And corruption begins from the North

For paying Income Tax, the Income should there and be taxable,...... Even today the tax paid by all migrant population together( Non Marathi) is more than 80 % of the toatal tax paid by Mumbai.
