If all indians cannot buy land and settle in kashmir no kashmiris (except pandits and hindus who came as refugees or became refugees in thier own country) should be allowed to settle and buy any property in any part of india except kashmir. Govt is giving subsidies which means kashmiris are eating tax money of all indians and they dont allow other people to settle?What kind of law is that.Will BJP change that law if they came to power?Someone has to change this stupid law or the so called special provision in constitution.EVERY STATE AND REGION IN INDIA SHOULD BE EQUALLY ACCESSABLE TO ALL INDIANS AND EVRY INDIAN SHOULD BE ABLE TO SETTLE WHEREEVER HE LIKES WHETHER IN KERALA OR KASHMIROR SIKKIM OR MAHARASHTRA

what 15% are you talking about? Also why cant govt give subsidies for hindu and christain pilgrimage centers!why only Hajj. Also in most states govt controls temples where as mosques and churches are autonomous.But in next 10-15 years these are going to change if you like it or not.

Recent news. BJP wins 3 out of 4 seat , whose results r declared recently. BJP tally rises to 113 , gets simple majority of its own.
All out upto now all media incluing paper and electronic spreading false information that all result of karantaka are declared and bjp get 110. but truth is that all but 4 seats remains undeclared .
The PDP is more a party that will sell the nation to meet its myopic goals. Both the daughter / father doe will not even blink while doing so. They feed off the nation and its good will and talk the language of the Pak jyhadi culture and call them brothers / sons. What is wrong if the govt allocated land to the Amarnath yatris, no cant be done as they want all signs of the hindus washed off from the state. All this call of asking the hindus of returning is a publicity stunt and no hindu will rick coming back to get lynched. The present central govt is no friend of the hindu and the BJP during its rule did nothing to even make conditions for their return. All political parties ust keep dolling out 1000 of crores every year so that the majority people there show loyalty. You cant buy that you have to earn it and in todays world you take a stand and back it up with actions. You say on the floor of the house that J&K is an intergral part of India but dont kick the Hurriyat leaders who actually live of us for openly supporting terrorism and sucession from India.
"Kashmir is on sale": the kashmiri Muslims demonstrated this when Congress led govt. tried to provide some piece of land 4 our Hindus so as to make them comfortable for the "Amarnath Yatra".
My mother has gone there for the yatra & these Muslims have destroyed all the glass of their Travel Buses so as to oppose the act of given land to the "Amarnath Shrine Board". I think the Muslims of this country have gone mad & it makes me feel that they should be immediately swipped off this country. They make hell out of every small situation which is in favor of Hindus. If the Muslims are that much concern then they should do the following:
* Not take any kind of help from Govt. 4 "Haj Yatra" & leave all benefits that is being given 2 them by all foolish parites including Congress( who had started this Muslim Appealing) & also BJP ( who in time of NDA increased the "Haj Subsidy" to an significant extent).Muslims should also leave India & go back to Pakistan if they feel this country is not good for them.
Now i ask the media persons & all psuedo secularist that "This deed of Muslims is 100% communal" then why do they are not raising their voice against them or demand any kind of action against them. You all psuedo secularist always blame BJP & Narendra Modi for being communal & ask actions against them then why not agitations against any Muslims? are you fearing of This Naked Truth that "Muslims are now creating huge problems for our country". Go & ask Amir Khan, Shabana Azmi or Sh
