i think hemraj and arushi had photos in thier mobiles of rajesh and anita in bed and also of praful and nupur in bed so anita had hired rajkumar and krishna to get those mobiles from them,in doing so rajkumar triedto rape arushi and killed her and also killed hemraj.i think i have spelt out the murder mystery.

Cool out guys before giving remarks lets look at what CBIs are telling. They said Hemraj, Krishna and Rajkumar was drinking. Krishna want to teach Talwar a lesson and then Rajkumar proceeds to Rape her. Now think for a second here.
If they were in Drunken state why they want to destroy the mobiles of both Arushis and HEmrajs????
If a person is in drunken state attains the "kama" he will not be in a position to clean up the act after killing and neither will he be in a state of mind of destroying the mobiles what say guys?? won't he leave some clues??

As we are in 44th day, nothing has been worked out, Our CBI struggling hard to find the curlprit. This incident become like EKTA KAPOORS New serial "KON HAI KHOONI", important thing about this serial is you can see on every news channel where as her serials used to come on star Plus. Every time new drama, new story. I hope ekta kapoor getting inspired by this truma not drama so she might do something to make 1 big serial of more than 100 episodes....starting with K "KON HAI KHOONI"
It seems Krishna , the nepali compounder is a hard nut to crack. He was heavily resisiting the interrogation and only under sedation called narcotic test, he was revealing in pieces and bits of information. Krishna revealed that Aurishi(14 years)was a very nice girl of good character and Dr.Talwar was also a good person. Giving the investigaters a definituve way or method to investigate further.
Rajkumar, according to Krishna, cast an evil eye on Aurishi and wanted to rape her oneday. On the fateful night he entered her room with that intention.
Rajkumar does not seem to be a hardened criminal , and easily he may begin to sing to the CBI. In a video ,exclusive to "Star News", Rajkumar was explaining the blood print of a hand on the roof, to the CBI. His body language clearly shows that he was explaining as to how the hand print (in blood) happened or what caused it.
The secret can be about the illegal activity of compunder and/or Rajkumar which might have been recorded in Aurishi mobile phone.
Krishna's intention to murder may not be known to Rajkumar. Hours before the murder while drinking whiskey in Hemaraj room, what they discussed ,begged or threatened is most important for investigation.
Now CBI knows very well about the criminal and the crime as well but they need independant evidence to prove it in a court of law.

If the conclusions were so easy CBI would have closed the case. This is a pattern followed by CBI throughout. They arrested Krishna and said the same thing to court. Till now murder weapon is not recovered. Now it is the turn of Rajkumar. CBI is buying time. It is a proven fact that during narco analysis some people can fantasize events. Telgi did mention the name of Sharad Pawar during narco analysis, why was he not interrogated. It was reported that Kukri was flushed in a toilet - how is it possible?

No one can be given clean chit at this point of time. Unless those so called confessions lead to the recovery of murder weapon and mobile phones, they have no value. CBI has to say something to court to keep accused in their custody, hence they come out with such stories when hearing comes in.
Secrets in the mobile should be some negative approaches of them. First of all we should think that there might be continues sexual relationship between Aarushi & Hemraj. Due to teen age impactuations, she might have inocently had relationship with him. But Hemraj may used the time to get in to sexual aspects regurlarly. This should makes her to fell into his words & to do whatever he wants to do daily. They day she refuses & threats only might makes Hemraj to do this crime. Only witness might be that mabile phone images / videos. CBI to get into cyber crimes help for searching the details from that mobile phone...
Supposedly these guys killed them both, they should have ran away from the scene, why look for the victims mobiles and destroy them. I strongly feel there must have been some photos or videos which were of immense importance to someone who to get these destroyed went to the extent of not only destroying them but also killing the people in possession of them. Must be the same person who has deleted the photos from the camera....

Yes if the servants were planners and executors of this crime they would have gone into hiding. They wouldn't have lived in the vicinity so long. Destruction of all possible evidences is an indicator of well planned and executed crime without any fear. There is no sign of hurrying. What is the need of hiding Hemaraj's body when they know he is already dead?

Criminals and that too first time criminals will not be in the vicinity of crime unless they have god fathers who can rescue them. Noida police did not think Hemaraj was as suspect. It was Dr. Talwar who had mentioned in his complaint that Hemaraj was the killer. If reports are true, it was Dr. Talwar who called police and mentioned about Hemaraj' body on terrace. He knew Hemaraj is dead, but still mentions Hemaraj as the killer. Keys to terrace was in Dr. Talwars possession.
