The entire nation remembers you with pride gratitude and respect, Sam Bahadur!

" When you see a Begum, put your hands in your pockets and think of Sam. " was how he cautioned his men from misbehaving.

Where was the Strategic Dimension?
by Khandu Patel on Jun 27, 2008 05:16 AM  Permalink

I would be the last person to take away the honours due to our brave soldiers. Sam was one of the best, and it is pity that India unlike any other country does not honour our brave by awarding them public office as leaders. As Prime Minister, he could have made greatest impact rather than the non-entities that have since occupied the highest office in the land.

India's intervention in the Pakistanis beating the brains out of the Bangladeshis episode shows all that is wrong with Hindus lack of foresight. Bangladesh's independence has profited India not at all. In fact, just as with Pakistan, India created another venomous viper to our Eastern wing of the country. Pakistan's genocide in Bangladesh would have meant they would have been too long preoccupied with their own intercine conflicts. Their long chain of communications would have made them so vulnerable that it would have made profitable little for them to have antagonised India. Independence for Bangladesh has allowed both countries to single-mindedly pursue Jihad against India. Ostensibly, India's intervention was based on the half million Bangladeshis that had flooded in. As a consequence of the war, we now have more than 10 million illegal Bangladeshis in the country care of Indian left leaning governments. We have yet to learn from history.

From the full name, it seems that this Son of the Soil had forefathers who were Parsi. You do not need any more shining example as to how well sugar has blended with Milk.
May his Soul rest in Peace in the knowledge that he has not only brought pride to a community but also the whole nation!

I salute Sam Bahadurji.

He gave a golden Moment to the otherwise demoralized Nation after loosing out to China in 1962 due to the foolishness of Nehru.

He gave a Slap on the face of pakis that they will never forget and only due to this Slap they don't dare to come face to face and rather use cowardly techs.

India has always produced Brave Sons and with the blessings of Bahadurji and many more. History has proved and has repeated time and again that whenever we as a nation face threats form outsiders our sons have raised to the Occasion form Maharaja rana pratap to shivaji to Rajputs to Heros to the likes of Bahadurji and most recently Capt: Batra and many more soldiers and citizens of our beloved Nation.

Long live India and Continue to produce Great sons like Bahadurji.

Jai Hind.
