Rubbish
by ketan dand on Jun 26, 2008 08:47 PM  Permalink

He wanted to kill Aarushi to take revenge on her father!?!?! Nonsense. And what about the destruction of evidence??? Very conveniently just the same night arushis room is unlocked? And was Nupur Talwar also drunk and sedated? Utter nonsense, clear cover up.

According to me....

Definitely Dr Talwar is involved in the whole issue because ..
1. He has taken extra interest in wiping out the traces like .. cremation of body, disposing off the carpet , bed sheets etc from the site of murder. However it is also possible that he would have touched the body of Arushi after the murder just to cover the body in whatever condition he has seen her body. As a father any one would have done this.
2. Hemaraj , Krishna might be involved in some affair with the girl and due to rivalry Krishna might have murdered Hemaraj and because Arushi saw the scene, he would have murdered her too.
3. The Noida police extracted money from Dr Talwar and helped him to wipe out the traces so that the case gets closed. 100 % Noida police are involved in misplacing the Kukri and made good money. They must have theatened Dr Talwar of dire consequences if he doesnot part with money.
3. Fisrt of all CBI must look into whether any money transaction has been done in his bank account after the death, during police custody. It could be even their distant rrelatives or friends. All telephone calls must be traced and that persons account must be verified for any money withdrawls. This would help to know the police involment.
4. Police are just beasts of sort who wants extarct money at any opportunity. If possible it would be better to conduct the investigatings teams Narco done to get to the truth out of them.
5. There is a technique called "Spirit Come", through which we can call

better you should read fact and scrutiny done by tehelka.com then reach on any conclusion. Its UP police who destroyed important evidence because UP Police is ignorant and don't know anything how to investigate a case. Day by day noida is turning into crime hub because of UP police.

Mr. Pradeep how can you believe this turn of events. Lets take that father was drunk. What about the Wife?? she was also drunk??? She didn't hear any thing.
Now move on to what have been said by the CBI.
Rajkumar tried to force Arushi. Here you have to take a note that a domestic helper is bringing the other helpers in the owners house and the owner of the house is allowing party???? Is that believable??

What about the discrepency of post mortem??

SHAME ON MEDIA & POLICE
by prashant chakravarty on Jun 26, 2008 08:25 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The police & media were all this time busy blackning the character of Arausi's parent and calling them murderer. The poor couple lost their child and media was doing yellow journalism for its TRP.

Because of all those things the case went to CBI otherwise the police had already done the ground work to reject the case when it enters to the court.

Noida Police actions are easily understood if you know the ignorant country police in most parts of the nation. It is shameful but so it is! Such teams of Laural & Hardy do more harm to Justice, than good.
I would not put all the media in the same basket. If there are 'India TV' & 'Aaj Tak' on one side, you have others also with more objective reporting.

I really do not understand the obsession of media and certain class of people on this issue. The poor girl ahs died.At least relatives really close to her are in trauma.I strongly feel the media should underplay the progress in the case. T.V. News anchors breaking news on the story really look stupid with declared sorrow on their face and undeclared joy for breaking the news.News readers and anchors should never put up a facade. Shrude listeners can make it out.

I don't agree with you, this is because of media, still police/cbi are searching for evidence, otherwise somebody innocent would have been behind the bars. So thanks to media, the only role shameful is of NOIDA POLICE

I strongly agree on this point. We are living in such an era where nobody is trustworthy and most of the TV serials and Movies are showing all such Bull.... This murder case is such a tragic incident for a family but for rest of the world it is a MASALA NEWS.Media is just running to extract more and more spicy news from all this. We all wish and pray that those two innocent people should get justice.

Pity Whom?
by Roopa on Jun 26, 2008 07:58 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Absolutely, The Blame Trauma, Murder Trauma undergone by her Dad is something unexplicable. Dr. Talwar's condition would be beyond pathetic.... On one side he has lost his extremely loving daugther and on the other side he is held as a culprit. Severely torchered by media, police. This humilation, and sequence of act on Dr. Talwar would be extremely heart-rendering. Whatsoever, appologies by Police or media would not return his pain and grief!!!!

by sarjiwan gupta on Jun 26, 2008 07:48 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Dear All
I want to draw your attention towards the negligence of our people by not getting their servants registered with Pollice. But the whole story as told by Krishna seems to be manipulated. Their are many unanswered questions :-
1) Got's gift -- daughter -- why not properly taken care of ?
2) Where is the wapon of murder ?
3) Where is Shambu ?
4) About Call Details of Hemraj and Ayrushi ?
CBI Should not close the case as final. I do not understand "moudsopendi" of the case till today.
CBI should go "behind parda" and try to trace the real truth

Thanks
Sarjiwan

One more angle to the case...
by Rajesh Shetty on Jun 26, 2008 07:42 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

One more angle to this case remains to be investigated. The murder could have been planned by someone who knew the family well, I mean it could be even some relative.... Just think, who would benefit from the death of Arushi...? Someone who knew that they had a child after a long gap of 5 years. Someone who maybe had an eye on the property....maybe that explains why Arushi was murdered first, Hemraj was the unfortunate witness victim. It also explains why they even tried to enter Talwars bedroom, but could not as it was locked. I dont think someone would simply murder a child bcos he was humiliated in front of others, while on his job. I think thats fairly routine, I guess. Here the whole point of bringing a khukri with a couple of people was to murder everyone in the family....why..? We have seen this before relatives closest to the family murdering for property. Is the killer still on the loose..having done half his job ? Maybe he knows after the doctors, there is no one to lay claim to the property...

Rajesh i think u are right. It might be a close relative who has an eye on Talwar's property and money since both Talwars being successful doctors they might have over years substantial amount of money

i could not understand how police investigated. it was told by first IO that ayushi 'leg had fingerprints, a wall had full hand on it, then why these prints are not compared with the probable accused. something is fishy. parents may have not killed ayushi, but the way camera, computer and moblie have been handled , they may be involved in some other kind of crime or illegal activities.
