Non-sense!
by Arfi on Jun 28, 2008 11:15 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Arrite..here is the confession. but how many of u think that is true??? No its not. Infact its completely NON-SENSE. Krishna's statement here is just to cover the truth and complicate this case e1 more.. One can easily sense that TALWARS are hiding something. May be Mr.Talwar hav not killed his daughter but therez smthing which he doeznt wanna reveal. I mean there daughter was being killed on the adjacent room n they were sleeping???? din they heard the cries of poor soul.?? n how cud some one kill sombodys child jus because he humilates him..if he wantd he shud hv killed Talwar himself .. y his daughter?? I dnt know y Krishna admitted this or dnt knw hw much he is paid to state all this. Our cops shouldn't believe him coz surely there is still somthing cooking!!
God Bless u aarushi..!!!

Suspicious
by dineshkumar kamalakannan on Jun 27, 2008 04:22 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Krishna from his background appears to be a very "wafadar" servant and given his family circumstances, one can't stop but think that he would have been tempted for financial gains than upheld his moral conscience.

The theory of grudge towards the master due to events at workplace and consequent ploy to murder the daughter appears shambolic and dubious. The CBI, I am certain are aware of this and are just waiting for the prey to evetually fall in their own trap.

What surprises me though is if the Talwars had masterminded the whole process with a helping hand from Krishna, why would Krishna allow his master the agonizing arrest and humiliation and wait for the CBI to come along and hold his hand or if the Noida police in their act of stupidity actually spoiled the Talwars' plans.

I still would maintain that the Talwars do not appear to be scot free in the whole case by any strecth of imagination and time will only tell when they would buckle down under either intense media scrutiny or Krishna eventually changing his mind to tell us the truth without the help of narcoanalysis from Dr Malini!!

May Aarushi's soul rest in peace.

it remains a mystery with CBI taking so much time and media busy with different theories every day
whatever be the reason, it could be so grave to warrant the girls murder .
i have a soft corner and sympathy towards parents, however the end result only will clear the picture

This is turning into a nice conspiracy theory.

Whatever said & done, the whole tale is not as straightforward as Mr Krishna is making it seem. The CBI know this but poor guys, are shooting bullets in a dark room just hoping one of them will shoot down the prey.

This narco analysis business is an old practice and although it has some significance it is not fool proof and devoid of manipulation to some degree.

Krishna does seem to be involved in the whole affair or in the narco analysis test it would be next to impossible for him to fabricate the whole truth. However, the inconsistencies in his story makes you wonder that he is strongly avoiding vital truth.

One thing that keeps pointing its finger time and again towards the Talwars is their abject disregard to come out and explain themselves in all honesty and completion of the events. May be they have done this to the CBI, we don't know. But their sequence of events, their discovery of Aarushi and the after events of the murder make syou think if they were not a part of the whole thing.

My involvement with Psychiatry tells me that Mrs Nupur Talwar is well aware of the ehole truth in its entirety, at least thats what her body language says. She is hiding the whole thing for vested intersts ie saving Mr Talwar which is the obvious suspicion or is there a more bigger fish that she is hiding ie a serious medical or personal misadventure of Mr Talwar.

Krishna from his background appears to be a very "wafadar" ser

2.his parents locked her room during night from outside.

3.how come his parents did not hear anything?only a three room flat.

4.how come hemraj was dragged on terrace and nobody in building heard or saw any thing?

After going through the board here I have come to understand that the world has really gone worst not just bad. Damn it, at least give a benefit of doubt to the parents, whether you all are right or wrong My view is that The Talwars are innocent, I too have parents and I too have kids come on now everybody think positively, there could have been so many reasons why they might not have heard the sound. Then please for Gods sake do not be little our Investigating agency that to CBI.

The locality in which Talwars live is very secure. It is an area where many ex defense personnel live. Any outsider will think twice before coming to that area to commit crime. This house is very secure. This house does not show any sign of intrusion or hurry up. Killing a person is not so easy. The victim however weak he is will put up stiff resistance. There is no sign of such struggle in that house. Except for the bed in Arushi's room not a single item is disturbed. In a small room like that it is highly impossible to kill without immobilizing. No teenager will keep his/her room open. The sign of non forced entry into her room suggests it should be some known person or people. In this case two killings have taken place - injuries on both the victims are identical. Identical injuries are impossible when killer is an outsider. Stabbings and injuries will be random. The killer/s have taken time to collect all the objects that could serve as evidences. They have cleaned the floor - there is no indication of foot mark or footwear mark with blood stains. They have washed themselves thoroughly, changed their clothes and stayed back or gone out. They have not moved out of the house with blood stained hands. The outer door and latch does not have traces of blood on them. An outsider going into the house and carrying out killings with such precision is highly impossible. If they were outsiders why didn't they secure themselves by latching Dr. and Mrs. Talwar' bed r

room. They were not afraid of leaving Arushi's body in her bedroom and what were they afraid to hide Hemaraj's body. The family cannot just make emotional appeal and claim their innocence meanwhile their actions and reactions after these murders are suspicious.

money makes difference

it took several days to Talwar family to convince this Nepali servants and cbi to tell lie .. but at last money makes its way .. simple questions un ananswered are
1 ) why parents not know abt it as according to this story Rajkumar attempt to take advantage of Aarushi and she also make noise even if his father is drunk and sleep he can hear voice ... mother is not drunk at all... true ??
2) After killing hemraj at terrace they locked terrace from inside ?? but on first day family has told the police ...they are not able to find the key that means the key is with family and they did not find anything wrong with locked door ??
and remember Nupur talwar is not having one single drop in her eyes when interviewed at channels ... the way she tells things you can almost guess what is ther in her mind -- she wanna save the rest ---- -- unless and until media is getting their trps from this storey they will never allow cbi to complete this case thats sure

Everything is Bakwas. This could not happen. I don't think some one will kill his bosses daughter to take revenge. Krishna must have got good bucks for this story telling.

Sindhu you should know that people kill for fun also, silly cause like jihad but revenge is something which is a valid motive. Just relax and then go on reading.
