i want to confirm about Mr. lalit modi who is having a very respnosible post in BCCI. he is facing some criminal cases aginst him in USA. he found guilty in that case and he can not move to USA. any idea about it. if its true how he is the memeber of BCCI.

our media does not go after this story because he is a blue eyed boy of ShaRAT POwEr group!
I fail to understand why is the police and CBI hesitating to conduct a narco test on Mr. and Mrs. Talwar on camera? Why are they wasting their time conducting useless lie detector tests?!!!! Once an for all the narco tests of Talwars will reveal their innocence or guilt.
But very apparently the CBI dosent want to do it due to obvious corrupt reasons. This case is heading the Nithari way where the demon Pandher went scott free and his poor servant was framed.
CBI is using the same old block of Nithari for Arushi investigations.
Also surprisingly the media which hounds everyone for stupid and silly reasons, is also not keen to build pressure on CBI for narco of Talwars.

This CBI latest revelation seems to be more of a movie flick than real sense.
I mean how can the parents be in the next room and are not aware of any commotion outside their room. It is hard to digest that 2-3 people are committing a gruesome murder of their daughter and they dont hear antything. And then the murderers drag Hemraj to the servant and repeat the sequence.
Come on show some basic sense before releasing / publishing such so called disclosures.
I think we will have to take help from other countries Intelligence agencies to even solve such internal concerns.
The Chairman of the Rediff Ajith Balachandran bribed Dr Rajesh Talwar to kill Aarushi so that everyday Rediff can publish filthy news in its web edition.Other wise Rediff will not have any filthy sensational to publish to fool general public.
In my opinion it wont take much time for the police or CBI to know the true facts if they resort to their most established standard method...THIRD DEGREE... with third degree all the dumbs will also open their mouths and speak up the truth...
But the fact of matter is that there are some powerful vested interests in this particular case, and money in fact is really playing the big bad role...
May truth come out someday and the real culprits get punished, may the dead ones rest in peace, innocents freed...
No one on earth,even a baby will blieve this story. It is mch more imaginative than a TV serial As CBI were not able to find truth,they are closing the case with a story of their imagination Let god save the people from Police/CBI
